Nice and Affordable Hotel Apartment”

I mayn’t have booked this hotel if I were to have read some bad reviews that some folks wrote about this Hotel Apartment, thank God I didn’t read them. After my experience, I was wondering if those that wrote those bad reviews actually lodged in Al Manar Hotel Apartment. Anyway, I had a great experience with this facility, from the moment I checked in. Thanks to Mr Rahul, he attended to all my questions and reassured me that I was going to have a nice experience with them, which I did. My wife did lots of shopping and we were always assisted with our luggage once they see that we need assistance. The staffs were always smiling to my little kids every time they see them. The cleaning of the room was top notch, I sometimes tell them that I don’t need my room to be cleaned when they come for cleaning over and over. Thank you Al Manar Hotel Apartment for the nice experience, my kids called your facility HOME. We’ll surely come back, when next my family comes to Dubai.

Al Manar Hotel Apartment has been my second home away from home. I've been a business traveller in Dubai since 2017 and I have never booked any other hotel apart from Al Manar. Arif, Anjali, Rahul, Shivam & Diksha have been like family to me. They provide me with unbiased support in terms of up gradation and room service. The location is excellent and parking is surprisingly always available.

I've been a regular at Al Manar Hotel Apartment since 2 years now. I spend 15 days in Dubai for Business every month. The location of this hotel is geographically best in Dubai. There are more than 25 delicious restaurants around. Arif at the reception is very welcoming. He ensures you get the best service every time. He meets and greets with a smile and is very soft spoken. The rooms are extremely spacious and accommodating. There is ample of parking to avail in the hotel. Overall, it's a 5 star for me. Keep it up!

Friendly & very hospital staff specially (Anjali, Rahul, Shivan, Muhammad, Jyoti,..). Close to Al Mamzar beach for relaxing & a lot of restaurants around, location ,price & service were all excellent. As regular business traveler to Dubai, I highly recommend this hotel. I've stayed at this hotel for over 4 years and I've never had anything less than a comfortable stay. Clean facility, great location, good customer service, and great staff/employees. I love the staff here at Al Manar (i.e. Housekeeping employee Swapan) This guy was a great help in tending to my room issues in the middle if the night in a very fast and prompt manner. Anyone staying here and has problems should ask for this guys assistance in their room needs. Also, Associate employee Ranjan is the best at night handling reservations and any other issues or concerns. He's very knowledgeable at his position and really knows how to rapidly to tour needs. Restaurant is decent, but most of all I love the location and comfortable stay. 2 large groceries within walking distance, several eateries, Game room, Baskin Robbins, and also a Canadian hospital near just in case a emergency arises. I will and have always recommended this hotel to other guests. Thanks Al Manar Staff.

Ok. Al Manar has been my home away from home since 3 years now. This time I was here with my business associates who always book hotels in Downtown Dubai. They were flabbergasted with the size of the room and the location of the hotel. There's a host of restaurants in the vicinity and 2 metro stations at walking distance. The staff Arif, Anjali, Rahul, Diksha and Naeem are extremely helpful and smiling 24x7. Hospitality is excellent. My associates have also made this their numero uno choice when they come to Dubai.

I stayed two nights with my Family, the Apartment looks good, clean. Parking is very useful. Then fitness and swimming are good. Location is quite better and many restaurants are nearby. They welcome us with a smiley face at reception with Mr. Saleem and there are gentlemen name Rakesh Singh at housekeeping give me many pieces of information and offered any friendly service without I asking him while I talking at car parking. We are a regular visitors to Dubai for leisure in some weekends. We will prefer this Apartment hotel next time too through Agoda. Thanks, Agoda and Thanks, Al Manar Hotel Apartment. Regards

Beautiful Location, thank you Amjit”

This location is very convenient. It's about 10 minute drive from DXB airport, and has nearly 30 restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. There are multiple malls around the area, as well multiple pharmacy locations. Money exchange is within 3 minutes walking distance as well. Couldn't find a better, more convenient location. The customer service is great as well. Amjit did an amazing job checking us in, and was very polite and kind throughout our stay. He upgraded us to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were super clean, and although we couldn't use the oven due to their COVID restrictions, our stay was super smooth. My wife and I truly enjoyed every night of our stay. They cleaned our room once a week, and we stayed for about 1 month at this location. Make sure you go to this particular location, as there is another place with exactly the same name about 20 minutes away. I'm a super clean person, so having a clean place was top priority. The bathrooms were super clean, the kitchen and rooms were we'll taken care of. The place was spotless when we checked in. No complaints whatsoever. The area of this location will give you access to what residents of Dubai go to in their daily lives. Local restaurants, markets, and everything you'll need during your stay, you'll find here. So many great malls within 5-10 minute taxi rides. Again, the outside of the building might not be super touristic, but once you enter the room, you'll find everything clean. The hotel seemed a bit old, but once we entered our room, everything was amazing. So, if you're okay with a local hotel and nothing too fancy, but at the same time a super clean and spacious place to stay, and an amazingly convenient location, this is the place to go to. Also, the best value for your buck you'll find. Give it a try, and thank me later. You won't regret it. Also, if something isn't up to your expectations, as soon as you talk to the staff, they take care of everything promptly. Great location,

Last time I forget something in the room so I got call from stuff in the morning after my check out she was very helpful I asked her to keep it because I can't go back now then next time I asked the reception in the morning in my check out he send house keeping to return it they was very helpful. Great value for money. One of the cheaper hotels in Dubai, and it's really good for the price. Location is near many small stores, shops, and restaurants. Will probably need a taxi if you want to go to a mall or bigger stores. Location is very close to the airport as well. I've stayed here numerous times. They have a small gym, but there is also an outside gym one block down the street which is convenient for me. WIFI also seems to work well which is a must for me. Recommended if looking for something cheap while in Dubai.

This is one of the best Hotel Apartments in Dubai and extremely cost effective. This hotel is strategically located and just few walking steps from Metro Station. The staff (Anjali, Shivam, Dikha and Rahul) is also extremely helpful. Best place to be in Dubai and value for money.

Just Perfect”

I booked a night's stay in this hotel and it was just perfect. The check-in and check-out was quite fast and the receptionist Mr. Shivam was very courteous. I booked a studio on a cheaper rate but they upgraded me to a one-bedroom apartment with fully-functional amenities. The unit was spotless-clean as well. The location of the hotel was strategic. It is just a stone-throw away from Al-Qiyadah Metro Station (Green Line) and there are restaurants and cafeteria around the vicinity.
