Easy location,nice rooms,staff is friendly if we call at reception Mr shahnaz respond urgently and sent house keeping staff to me when i reached i check in within 3,4 mints,its smooth n fast ,i didnt wait room was ready,,i hv already suggest my friends to stay in al smou,i wil choose just al smou,

I like it, good apartment but not 3 star, must be below 2 stars, value for money. Not suitable for who likes night activities or bars, about 400 meters to beach, good for small families, who has car.

Hotel facilities are not satisfactory compared to the price we pay. They don’t even provide complimentary water or travel kit. Kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned and having stains. If you are looking for a place just to sleep then opt for this.

i was in 12/2/2019 room 405 ...room celling not clean ( some one kill many moskitos in the celling and blood on celling) refregator bad smile ...room flooring tiles nit fixed ..i found 1 long black hair on the pillow when i told room service they told me maybe its your hair...my hair is short...they took my id they said we will scan and send it to room after 1 hour i call them..they said we will not give you id until checkout or pay deposite 500 dh ..this not happend for me before in any hotel .....its really bad

The rooms are not clean. Mat not clean. Tight bathroom not clean enough. No car park, random area around the hotel. Staff was good though and responsive. Price was high in this season although not commensurate with hotel quality.

First of all they issued small room instead of the one I booked king studio, it was unclean, dirty bath room with broken bath equipments and area. After a fight they upgraded me to 1 BHK Apartment. Very rude staff. As per the advertisement there were everything which should be there in an apartment hotel but there was nothing no washing machine (eventhough after a fight they provided one), no dryer for drying clothes, no plates, enough utensil for cooking,staffs are not able to speak english except the receptionist. Staff behaviour also very bad.

I was an awful experience. After few hours, we left the hotel and wasted our all money. Toilet was so dirty. I will never recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

Worst Hotel to stay (Bad odour in rooms)”

Too much Bad odour, Bad locality and unclean surroundings. Very unhealthy environment. Not even worth it spend 50Dhs / Day. I strongly suggest hotel mgmt to close down or move to another location. Don’t be deceived by pics in advertisements. One of the worst hotels that we have ever visited. We left after few hrs of check in Pls don’t visit this hotel. Staff is also limited and attitude.

very old form inside and outside the hotel... poooor facilities and i found a cockroach in the kitchen... the wall lamp was damaged and the rooom is very very very small it's around 3×4 max الفندق قديم جدااا من برا وجوا والاضاءة الي بالحيط خربانة و الغرفه مش نظيفه لقيت فيها صرصور لان البنايه اصلا قديمه والغرفه جدا صغيره زي القبر بمساحه اقل من ٣ ب ٤ متر

Pillow has lots hairs of the previous guest. They didnt change it including the bedsheet. Kettle has cockroaches a lot... Very bad hotel. This hotel should be shutdown its really bad.
