Not recommeded for families with females wishing to pray in Haram
Granted the hotel is located just one block away from Haram, but if you choose this hotel and you have your wife, mother, or sister with you, consider walking at least 5 km per day just to drop them to the women's section. Breakfast can do much better (needs a major review). Having 5 receptionists wasn't actually helpful as it should be. Be aware of the parking trick! If you have a car, you need to pay SR 60 per day to park your car in the hotel parking!!! Had to fool around and find a free parking which is actually not that far from the hotel. It was a bit noisy as well. Had to change my room on the first day due to construction work from the next building. When I spoke with the manager about it, he claimed that he didn't know about it!!! Anyway, he was forced to change my room, "Ethically". In conclusion, you can only select this hotel if you are single or traveling with your male friends for one or two days as it's really surprisingly close for men's (just steps away from Rawdah).

No WiFi signals in room. customer service not good
Free WiFi is of no use as no signals in room. Items running out during breakfast never get refilled. One day there was no milk for tea, and no guy on grill to fry eggs. The other day no toast/bread and boiled eggs after it ran out. 24 hr desk People at reception can’t speak English.

Excellent service and location
Nice clean rooms and good staff. The location is very near to masjid nabwi. The women entrance is a tiny bit far but walk-able easily. Overall good experience. The view of the masjid from the hotel window is breathtaking.

Umra trip with friends
Location is perfect in front of As'salam Gate of Haram but women's gats are a bit far. Lifts are enough. Breakfast was good. Lunch buffet was good and reasonably priced. Car park is a big plus for hotels in this area although they are narrow. Lots of shops around the hotel.

Umrah December 2016
The hotel is located close to the south entrance of the haram and museums. For men, this is probably the closest you can stay next to the haram. However, for women It's a bit of a walk, since their entrance is located close to the north entrance of the haram. Wifi is available only in the reception area. No routine housekeeping. If you call them they will do the housekeeping. The breakfast was great too. Overall it was good.

Non existent room service
Pros: Good location. Cons: Non existent room service. Stayed 6 night and not once the room was cleaned. Requested for the room to be cleaned, change of bedsheets, clean towels and toilet paper each day and it was ignored. Very big let down. Breakfast was awful. Not as described. Hot food choices minimum, unlabelled, cold and looked awful. Breads and pastries old and tasteless. Waiter service poor at breakfast. Staff unapproachable and appear very rude. Rooms are not family friendly, very small and not sound proof with small windows which do not open. I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in a triple room and experienced loads of problems with room service and breakfast was a big put off. I would not stay here again.
