Nice hotel
Hotel is very clean & room quite spacious. Friendly staff. Got a room which you have to take the stairs up for bathroom, which is kind of different. Location is quite good. Metro is just around the corner, about 5 mins walk.

Nice and lovely, needs renovation
Nice and helpful staff, good location,
Overall I like it, the staff is very polite and helpful, the hotel itself had that old-time feeling, and the location is very good to go anywhere just by foot. The room is small and pricy though

Location
Location, Efficient front desk staff, Next to Metro
Overall pleasant though rooms were a bit small and I got a room where the window faced a wall which was a barrier of the roof terrace restaurant.

Best Experience Ever!!
The staff were very helpful and the location was ideal. We didn't need to use the car during our stay. The room was beautiful too....everything was exceptional.
We had an amazing time....the room was actually quite spacious....from the online picture I thought it was going to be small...its set in an ideal location in Rome....and the breakfast was delicious...the staff was so helpful...there recommendations were spot on....we had such a great experience and we can't wait to come back!!

Good location.. Bad everything else
location only
The location was the only positive about the hotel.. staff were extremely useless and not helpful. Room was very, very small. When I asked about the air-conditioning the response was "there's nothing you can do now" as to changing the temperature. I asked for extra towels, and the response was "we only give one large shower towel per guest and two small ones" but I still requested for other two which I eventually got, however to my surprise, on the checkout I was charged an additional 18 euros for the towels, the receptionist there claimed that she has informed me about this (which she did not) and she insisted on that. She claimed that she "remembered saying that because she was on shift". My advice to you, next time bring a bill and ask for a signature in order for things to be clear in the future. It is very unprofessional and low-class from a hotel when you tell a guest to "not bother about and ignore the date of the requested towels" because the dates were wrong in the first place. When I asked to speak to a manager the response was "you can not talk to anyone now, only I am available here, you have to wait till later", that was not going to happen as I had a flight to catch and I would not waste my time waiting for a manager to talk to about 18 euros. Just to be clear, I have no objection paying any extra fees for the "towels" however, I would want to know about this in advance and not be informed about it while checking out.

it was for 4 nights
in the city center, friendly staffs, close to many resturants
I liked my stay in the hotel, staffs were helpful specially the first one welcomed us I think her name was Patrishia ,she was helpful and explained and answered all our questions, also the hotel is in center and near by most of everything, shopping and resturants. I don't like about the hotel :one small elevator, poor breakfast, I don't recommended it for summer vacation because it will be very crouded

cleanliness, large room and location
Our stay was very satisfactory from check in to check out. Lifts in the building were welcome and we were on the 4th floor and the breakfast was a typical Italian one. Coffee great. The staff spoke good english and were very helpful
