Fantastic, worth for money ”

It was one of most fantastic hotels in my life. Visiting the hotel itself was so valuable during my only one day visit to Prague. The hotel is very historical building and its staffs are all nice and very friendly.

Good memories of Prague”

Location is good to go to Castle of Prague and charles beidge by walking. Room is very comfotable and clean and breakfast is great with very good coffee. All staffs are very kind and helpful.

Superb service, delightful staff”

Very conveniently located to visit Prague sites. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. San Carlo restaurant is great.

Satisfactory ”

Overall, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory; however there was room for improvement. The location was great and safe. It was very quiet, close to tram, near a park, etc. But if you are young and traveling alone, you might find this place rather boring as it is not in the city center. The staff members were all right. Some were very helpful. Its breakfast buffet was ok. There were not many items, but I found all were fresh and tasty. What I like the most about the buffet was its environment. I could enjoy quietness. Since there were only about 10 rooms in the hotel, it was not crowded at all. I saw only 2-3 groups/families eating in the restaurant with us. That was very nice since Prague has too many people. Most importantly, I thought they could clean better. There was hair in the bathtub, bed sheet, etc. It was not very comfortable showering/sleeping there.

Great hotel, almost flawless”

Great hotel in a pretty convenient location, about 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. Breakfast was included in the rate and there was good variety and it was available until 12 which was great. The best part was the common areas, there was probably as much floor space in the hotel dedicated to common lounges as to hotel rooms. There are only 8 rooms, so no common area was ever crowded. The staff were great and brought us a bottle of wine at midnight when we returned from dinner one night.

Outstanding 5 star hotel in quiet locale”

Nestled in a little side street in mala Strana is this wonderful gem of a hotel. The rooms were all well appointed, with a very comfortable, American style mattress in an antique four poster gilded bed frame. The pictures are accurate, and my wife felt just like a princess. We would definitely stay again.

Great hotel with the spirit of Prague!!! Great service from Lucca!!!”

Agoda (April 28th'17) and the hotel (Aug 7th'17), charge to my credit card the room fee. So, instead of paying 14,800czk finally I am paying 29,600czk. I don't like to be change double, .... I had to spent 1 hour cell phone international fee (.5€ per minute) to try to have my refund back from the hotel. It looks that refund will happened and the double charge will be canceled ....

Luxury and helpful hotel ”

The staff is really helpful and polite,the room is beautiful. But the front door does not have any sign of hotel name which is a little bit difficult to find it. And the front door is locked which we can only access the hotel by press the bell.

Excellent location”

Convenient location, closes to Charles Bridge. Wake up to a wonderful, breakfast in the mornings and in the afternoon end your day with a glass of wine and cheese.

Alchymist Residence Nosticova - would recommend”

Fantastic stay. Staff were lovely. Valet parking made me feel secure leaving my car in the city. Would definitely recommend!

3年前にレストランとカフェで利用して内装が可愛すぎるので今回は宿泊で利用しました。スタッフもとても親切で、お部屋もきれい！お姫様風なホテルです。また利用します

隠れ家的で素敵♪”

ホテル込みのツアーでしたが、対岸側にあるこちらのホテルを予約しました。近くには、某TVで紹介されていたレストランがあったり、朝早くから聖ヴィート教会も行けたりとリッチはとてもよかったです。朝食もお城の中でいただいているようで、ほぼ貸し切り状態でした。

なにもかも満点のホテル”

早く着いてしまったのですがとても感じよくEarlycheckinさせて頂きました。 フロントの方に、人形劇やクルーズの予約をして頂きました。お部屋だけでなく廊下や階段、朝食のお部屋など何もかもが素敵で、本当に素晴らしい思い出になりました。 朝食も絶対につけた方がいいです。全てがとても上品で、美味しくて、素敵でした。
