view not good”

it was our first night in zurich. as this hotel has top ranking, we decided to stay there, but the experience is a bit disappointing. it is a small hotel so we were assigned to a room on the 1st floor, even we booked the junior suite. the view from the room is not good, but the cost of the room is very high. however, the service quality of the staff is very good. they are very helpful and helped us change to another room on higher floor with better view. this is a credit that i should give them.

Costly but comfortable stay”

We booked this boutique hotel because of the availability of our points and were really pleased with the quality overall. As with other Swiss accommodations, the price was costly but the location was a nice neighbourhood and very easy to get around to all transportation and the Lake. The staff were all professional and extremely helpful. We felt the space in the room could be better utilised and the hotel could come with inclusive breakfast as it was an extra. Overall a nice boutique hotel and would consider returning.

Superb service”

i reserved this hotel for my colleague. he was extremely satisfied with the quality of the hotel. renovation is new and design is excellent. the service and attitude of all the staff is perfect and wonderful. his stay in this hotel was memorable and he will definitely come back again.

Very Nice Hotel”

overall nice hotel, v.good breakfast menu. the location ia bit away from the center and train station. howver not that far. as far the hotel & service was nice although we had an issue during check in after we were put ina twin room altough we clearly stated king size bed. the receiptionist tried convincing us to upgrade and pay fro junior suite claiming that the room we booked is twin. then after serious discussions they upgraded for free, wasnt nice from her at the beginning. good hotel to stay anyways.

It was not five it was like 4 or less, rooms big but expensive in the center you can fine 4 but cheap and more facilities

ソファベッドを追加しての3人で予約をしていたのに、セットされていなかった。 フロントに連絡したら、シーツを届けるから自分でセットするよう言われた始末。 やり方がわからないからセットしてほしいと伝えるとすごくグチャグチャにセットされた。 洗面所の上にゴミ箱が置かれていたり、洗面所用のコップもなく、シャワールームは水もれがしたりと星5つとはとても思えないホテルだった。 もう利用しません。

3人の滞在で予約してたのに、タオルやバスローブ、コップやアメニティなどが全部2人分ずつしか用意されていなかった。 フロント追加を依頼しても頼んだものと全然違うものが届き、すごく雑に対応されてがっかりした。 お風呂場のシャンプーやコンディショナーも洗面台にコンディショナーとシャンプー、シャワールームにボディローションボトルが置かれていたりぐちゃぐちゃだった。

总体上可以用完美来形容，房间足够大，细节做得非常棒，华丽中又不失复古的艺术元素，服务方面从reception到housekeeping做得都很棒，下次还会再来~
