Exceptional Service with Beautiful & Considerable Spacious Rooms”
I have nothing but praise for the service staff. Stayed for 2 nights and witnessed the different shifts the staff had, but each and everyone of them were so nice and helpful that it really impressed me. Some 5 star hotels does not provide this kind of service to be honest. If you are heading out, they would check if you already have transport. If you were coming back from a long day out, they would show you the menu to the breakfast for the next morning and send it to your room so you don't need to go the a dining area at all. Floating breakfast was an option with a small additional top-up which was truly worth it. Our room was very spacious and I liked the fact that you could jump straight into the pool from the bedroom. Not forgetting to mention the adequate facilities provided, with a separate dining area in the villa. Special mention to Dewi who was attentive to my wife and my requests at all times.

Most amazing staff and service I have EVER experienced”
This was our first time in Bali and these guys from Aleva were nothing short of amazing! No task was too hard for them, they welcomed us warmly, explained all the services and our location. The room was always perfectly cleaned, the breakfast was better then we expected and they actually cared about our safety! Everytime we would leave the villa for the day they would ask where we were going, if we needed transport or directions. This places was the best place I've ever stayed in!

Travelling while on pandemic sometimes will make you feel doubt, at least for me at first, but when i came in here and when i see the villa i don’t know why i feel safe, even it was on pandemic. When you come here they will greet you with a warming welcome. The location not so far from the airport and the environment also nice.. you can go to some minimart just by walking. What about the villa I ordered? It is really really nice. We really like it. There are bath tub, smart tv with netflix channel, you can also play your music with Alexa. And if you wanna swim in the pool, there’s a private pool in your villa. If you wanna have fun in the pool they’re also can provide you with Floaties, and breakfast on the pool too, so many option you can pick on their services. I stayed from 23 mar till 25 mar with my Girlfriend. We were in Bali for the first time. The facilities were excellent and the staff were excellent in accommodating my requests including surprise treats for my Girlfriend. I’ve arrange for the floating breakfast, romantic candles in the bath tub, in the pool and heart shaped candles. These were meant as a surprise and the staff were very well coordinated and discreet to keep this as a surprise. My Girlfriend loved it and she complimented the staff as very dedicated in setting these up. Don’t let the initial impression get to you as It is a great place for a getaway and proposals. TOP notch service at an affordable price.

Good location, near to food & shopping. Free shuttle to bring you to nearby shopping areas like kuta, seminyak square etc. Service is outstanding. Room is clean, bed is comfy, breakfast is good. The staffs even surprised me with a small cake for my birthday, with compliments from the hotel. :) Pool breakfast and giant float can be arranged at the small cost. It is definitely worth it!

Too many WOWs from us. 1) The customer service experience is fantastic to begin with. During the check-in procedure, we casually mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and moments later, the staff surprised us with a cake and a song. 2) The cheerful staff never failed to ask about our day, what we had done, what we planned to do, and if we needed any help getting to anywhere on the island. 3) On the last day, my husband fell ill, and Heni brought over an assortment of medication for him. We were treated like royalty throughout our stay at Aleva Villa, and you can tell that all the staff are happy to be there. That's awesome customer experience!

The place is amazingly beautiful , suitable for couple who on their honeymoon . Provided with private pool , bathtub , kitchen and also bluetooth speaker . Great and friendly staff . We get a suprised high tea inside our room .Provide with few international charger . take about 9- 15 mins to seminyak town , depends on the traffic . We rent our motorbike from shops nearby because its cheaper than rent it at the villa. Flamigo floating can be rented and floating breakfast its provided with extra charges from the villa . :)

Even its a 5 years old villa, it doesnt look like one. Well maintained and the staffs are very well trained too. Excellent service, Good value for money, and good location. It also has a sofa bed in the room. So if you r a couple with kids , its still ok. Just the pool size unlike any other villa is bali . But Overall is very recommended.

Good for daily life in Bali”
I stayed for 3 nights. This Villa is good because it is huge, has kitchen, microwaive, refrigerator, and everything that you need for daily life. No need to wash your clothes by yourself since good and fast laundry is available across this Villa.. it is near Circle K too.. and the location is near to Bypass road.. So , easy to go to a bigger supermarket or other restaurants. Staffs are friendly and helpful. But, do not expect the villa is as new as the picture in Agoda. It's not flawless, but, it is comfortable for short or long stay in Bali. I would be back here if I must stay longer in Bali.

We stayed in this villa for our honeymoon & it’s a lovely villa 😍 we enjoyed our stay as it’s beautiful and clean. The staffs are really friendly and speak fluent English. The villa has Netflix which makes the entire stay super relaxing. We stayed in and Netflix all day; head to our private pool for a dip while listening to music from Alexa; grabfood and sit in our personal pantry.. life is good there. Sadly, during our stay, there were a couple of blackouts / power trip, which scares the shit out of me; but the electricity recovered quite quickly. Breakfast is so-so only; so don’t expect much. Grabfood is Super cheap there, so u can order in anytime. The villa is about 10mins drive away from Seminyak village - gojek/ grab is cheap so you can do so anytime. I wouldn’t recommend walking cos it’s quite far & hot. Villa cleanliness is good.. but maybe it’s time to change the towels. I can see some dirty stains on it 😖 There are quite a number of houseflies and mosquitoes in our room, but both of us never got stung. So I Guess it doesn’t really bother us much. If you particular with it, u might need to bring insect repellent. The villa provides it as well. Lastly, it’s a nice villa and we would return if we go back to Bali.
