Very well appointed apartment. We stayed on floor 7 apartment was very clean, and servised every other day. We were able to entertain friends without needing to go to restaurant. Key was in lockbox when we arrived, and left there on our departure. Highly recommend, we will use again in future.

Amazing place with a manager. Front desk service is very polite and kind. I would highly recommend this rental apartment which I got through Agoda. Very modern , new , it has a kitchen, and a laundry machine. Super clean and all well maintained in a super safe location. I rented the 1 bedroom which is very spacious with a balcony. A/c works very good. I would highly recommend as one of the best I’ve seen in Ho Chi Mihn district 1 for a amazing price

Close to shuttle bus or tour bus pick ups. Has a kit hen , convenient if u buy take away food..has washing machine so we were able to wash clothes..just need to buy ur own detergent . Pick up for Bus to Mui Ne ..just 150m from Alex House..mani pedi shops .. wLki g distance to Ben Thanh market...

Impressed and appreciate the super early check in for 3 nights.. location is great.. lots of f&b all within 5 mins walk.. the apartment was really clean and spacious wif everything u need to feel HOME! Daily housekeeping is great too! Kudos to Alex.. planning our next trip soon and this will definitely be my most preferred stay whenever i’m In HCMC

It’s like a serviced apartment with kitchen and washing. The place is old and there’s no reception. It’s a security counter. To check in, they will call someone who comes down with the key. The location is ok, with a convenience store and food street round the corner. However it’s not near Ban Thanh market or a train station. In fact; it’s quite difficult to get around from this place.

Bad hotel in great location ”
Not a lot of good to say here...Late check-in by about 2 hours, incorrect map location on Google maps (I did edit it tho so may work now), the sheets were not changed covered in someone else's hair, the shower head was busted, cigarette butts in the plants, leftover food in the fridge that wasn't mine. It does have a great location but it is loud as could be even on the 13th floor as its across the road from the bus depot.

Need things in kitchen such as glasses, coffee cup, spoon etc.... Have exhausted fan in bathroom & mate. Planning for exist in case fire. Phone number to contact your staff stick in the room. In general the room is clean, in level 7 is noise from host.

Great place to stay”
The apartment is located at a very convenience place, which is right in front of the main road. It is in the most happenings street in Ho Chi Minh! No worries of getting lost, and easy to search through GPS. The place was spacious, and new. Most important is about the hygiene. The apartment is well maintained and clean. Basic kitchen equipment, washing machine, hair dryer are provided and free Wifi available too. The view of the apartment just like what advertised in Agoda. It is definitely value of money!

Excellent stay, they gave us a better room for their convenience at the same price, we liked so much the place that we stayed 4 more days with good price. Perfectly located, a food market every morning at the door so you can buy your meals and cook them. Every place in walking distance, great Wi-Fi, and a very modern and fast washing machine. Used to the tube like rooms usual in Vietnam, this place is a much better alternative for similar price. No breakfast, but all facilities to make your own. Staff was very nice and helpful. No trips selling or anything, you have every possible travel agency in meters from the door. Highly recommended, we were at 7 and 13th floor, both apartments outstanding.

Family Year End Getaway”
I was there for 4 days 3 night, together with my family (6 adults) Advantages - location, very near to backpackers area with lots of great food, pub, bar, 15minutes walk to Ben Thanh market and 5minutes drive to other 'Must visit' attractions - clean & comfortable - with washing machine, microwave, oven, dish washing machine, induction cooker, HI-FI system, 65" TV, basically like your own home - polite staff but english level is very low - very fast WIFI Disadvantages - abit expensive but worth it if you have min 6 adults coming along - electric supply always cut off when two water heater is on at the same time - house keeping will not come if you didn't request - toiletries will only be supplied once

Facilitated a Very Fun and Easy Long Weekend”
We stayed five days over a long Halloween weekend, me and my wife, two grade school aged children, and the nanny. The owner called after we booked the property and made sure we knew how to get in. The security staff at the high-rise was helpful in directing us to the 7th floor, though it was 10pm. The three-bedroom apartment was ready for us, as advertised on Agoda, met all our expectations for the price. The small staff was great. The place was spacious, appropriately appointed, and clean. Daily room cleaning and the staff is available if there are questions or problems. Can't say enough about the location. I've been coming to Vietnam forever. This location is one of the best, as far as access to food, supermarkets, local and foreign amenities, and loads of fun. Would definitely book here again.

Always my choice apartment visiting HCMC. Homely friendly staff upgraded my apartment to family size 3 bedroom and offer me rest room after return early morning back HCMC from Dalat. Would always be my only choice when visiting HCMC.
