I had to pay extra 16€/day/person for a sun bed on the hotel's beach. Heavily understaffed. Breakfast and dinner far below average. However, location is fantastic.

The hotel is very old and the beds are like from the middle-age , very veryy uncomfortable gives you a back pain. the breakfast doesnt really worth the price! there is no even a tomato. when we ask the waiter if there is any tomato he looked us as its an impossible request. the rooms are very permeable for the noice. There is a parking problem. they made ridicilous rules for themselves. you cant drive your car to leave or take your luggage to reception. you cant park everywhere even if there no enough parking area. they want you to park your car across the road which is pretty dangerous. If you are with no kid and planning to swim in other beaches it doesnt worth to stay in that hotel!!

Chambre délivrée à 15h30 au lieu de 14h. Pas de clim à la réception , attente interminable sous la chaleur.. Tout est en extra.Coffre serviette de plage location de transat et parasols..Buffet peu varié et basique et certains aliments sont déffréchis. Malade le dernier jour.....Ménage pas fait le lendemain malgré la réclamation.....Manque de personnel...Le site et la plage par contre sont magnifiques......En résumé , seule la localisation la plage et la piscine sont dignes d'un 4 étoiles....Pour le reste à peine un 3 étoiles

Positiv war die Lage und der Pool. Negativ aber das die Bahn zum Strand um 18:00 schließt und man dann die min 100 Stufen dann zu Fuß hoch! Das mit ledierten Knie! Essen in Restaurants nicht speziell und teuer! Personal überfordert!

Super Hotel direkt am Kristall klaren Strand! Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal! Super Frühstück da ist für jeden was dabei ! Das einzig negative ist das am die liegen am privat Strand mit 20€ ( Schirm und 2 liegen zahlen muss pro Tag! Ich finde für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sollte das mit inclusive sein! Aber alles andere super !!

Die Anlage und der Strand sind wunderschön. Da Frühstück war sehr sehr mau :/ ”
Also, die Anlage unser Zimmer in einem der Nebenhäuser und der Strand waren sehr sehr schön. Es gab genug Parkplätze und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Die Beachbar war auch okay. Gefallen hat uns die Hotelbar ganz gut. Getränke waren lecker, Mobiliar sah toll aus und die Mitarbeiter waren nett und aufmerksam. Wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht und das habe ich 2 mal von vieren ausfallen lassen. Es gibt nur Automatengetränke und die Auswahl an Speisen ist klein. Zudem teilt den Gästen keiner der Mitarbeiter mit, dass Hygienevorschrfiten eingehalten werden müssen- brot nicht mit bloßer und anfassen zb. Es gab eine Sorte Käse und fetakäse. Zumindest gab es frische spiegeleier. Wir haben einmal in der Hotel taverne gegessen-enttäuschend.
