Exceptional
We stayed here as a stop-over before we flew home. Great value (special price) for a motel-style resort near the strip. We liked the motel-style of the hotel so we could park just near our room. That made the luggage handling much easier than in a big Casino Resort where sometimes you have to walk for miles ;-) further you have a little kitchen with microwave, fridge and coffee/tea maker etc., what you usually don't get in a Casino Resort (as they rather have you buy the (expensive) coffee ;-) ) What could be disturbing for some people is the aircraft noise also during the night. The only negative thing for me was that both times, at check-in and and check-out there was no staff visible at the desk and we had to wait, till someone showed up. And then there was only one staff handling especially the check-out in the morning. We could check-in early as the room type we were asking for was free. Thank you! For the rest, I think it is a great and friendly place to stay.

Great place to stay, spacious, and not far from Las Vegas Boulevard.
Work out facility is pretty awesome.

So Disappointing
The only good thing about this hotel was the amazing customer service received from front desk. We ordered 7 rooms all up - great business for them right? Hmmmmm.... One of the rooms we had was flooded... had to change rooms. Another room we had - smelt like the sewage was near by (pipe burst toilet???). Another room we had, no air conditioning remote - therefore, air conditioner remained on all night - so froze their buts off all night as couldn't be bothered contacting front desk - as we needed a cab to get to reception being placed soooo far away from the front (Rooms 27 Block). Only saving grace was, we were only there for a short period. And as stated earlier - front desk on arrival, and evening were amazing... unfortunately, did not coincide with the shocking rooms and facilities. Terrible.... unfortunately, would not recommend to anybody. No love whatsoever in this place... trust me, we pay less for the easy stuff... cleanliness.... simple things right.... SORRY - No good

Nice resort.
Big rooms. Situated just at the back of Hard Rock. Convenient to walk around and explore or Uber is just about $7 to the strip area. Enjoyed my stay there.

Not great but will do
Stayed one night at this hotel. We got our keys are opened our room to find people in it because the hotel gave us the wrong room! Having the option of using 3 pools was nice and the location was great but the rooms were mediocre and just ok plus you had to pay for your breakfast.

Not impressed
Complimentary wifi is horrible-even if you purchase the most expensive high speed upgrade it's still horrible. When you try to talk to someone about it, they send someone who can't help you. For what i experienced during my stay I felt I paid too much. I was here for 6 days and the pool that was the closest to me was closed the entire time. Overall, not impressed with this hotel.

Piece and Quiet in Sin City
Alexis Park has a nice pool area, the breakfast buffet is inexpensive and a good value. The rooms are large and comfortable. No slot machines, no noise after being on the strip all day., piece and quiet. Overall it's a good value.

Very good
Great location near the airport and somewhat Strip. Spacious and clean lobby with bar (mediocre food) and restaurant (closed the whole time I was there). I was in LV on a long layover from London, and needed a quick meal when I arrived, but the first two things I ordered from the small bar menu weren't available. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was definitely the highlight of this hotel, and many aspects were very nice: A full-sized suite with living room, kitchenette, spacious bathroom, and bedroom with comfortable bed, black out curtains, and a great air conditioning unit. (I slept very well!) Furniture and linens were updated and clean. The bathroom had been partially updated, but the oversized oval bathtub (appeared to have jacuzzi jets, although I didn't try them) was old, discolored, and riddled with water deposits. I wasn't comfortable standing in it for a shower... An enormous cockroach scurried across the floor when I first turned on the light, which wasn't a positive introduction. After my shower, a loud noise (seemed to be the hot water pipes) shuttered my room for 15 minutes afterward. Plenty of clean towels and pretty folding designs added a nice touch. The kitchenette had a nice granite bar and stools with small sink, but the cupboards and refrigerator were old and, for lack of a better word, gross. Nice sofa, and television in each room (for those who watch TV while in Vegas...) The major disappointment (and inconvenience) was the outdoor setting and walkways from the lobby to my room. I was assigned a room in the very back of this outdoor apartment-like complex, and it had just rained heavily when I arrived, so all of the walkways were completely flooded. I'm talking 6-8 inches of water mixed with trash that I had to walk through with two suitcases and expensive leather sandals. The walkways in front of the room doors were all flooded as well, and trash (cigarette butts, plastic wraps, debris) from the center section between bui

Good for Pets
The room rates were very good compared to other resorts that allow pets. This resort allows pets for a one time fee of $50 - however, they put a $250 charge on your card and then refund $200 after your visit. The carpet in the unit I was given was filthy (massive stains on the carpet near the kitchenette), there was only one pillow in the room, one of the knobs on a dresser was missing, and the A/C remote batteries were dead (I got replacements from the maid service). So...they could do a better job maintaining the rooms, but because we were travelling with a pet it was overall a satisfactory stay and we will consider them again.
