Excellent value!”
This hotel is a little difficult to find but it is certainly worth the effort. The large gate to the property opens to a wonderful garden area. It is perfectly located in Phnom Penh in a quiet area of the city and walking distance to the waterfront and the Royal Palace. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. We had room 5 and it was lovely. There are 2 balconies to relax on. The breakfast is very good. The staff is extremely helpful. Wonderful stay! Thank you Alibi Guesthouse.

Good value”
The towel could need replacing but that is not important. Excellent location with friendly staff. Lovely courtyard to have a good breakfast. By the way . . . The towels smell fantastic.

Good stay and good staff”
Location was quite nice for us, and we enjoyed the shared balconies at the property. Breakfast could be a bit more filling, but we've had worse. Would stay here again.

Lovely set-up and great location by park and palace”
We loved the setup of this place. Our room had a lovely little sitting area set apart from the main area of the bedroom. We also had a balcony but it was small and oddly had a little closet with a toilet in it. Each floor also had a breezy terrace and sitting area. There was also a peaceful garden on the ground floor. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our only complaint about the room was the smell of sewage coming from our bathroom. It was nauseating. We've noticed this smell elsewhere in Cambodia, but it was particularly strong in this room. We also had a frustrating experience with a tuk tuk driver for the guesthouse. He came in one morning while we were eating breakfast to ask if we needed a ride that day, although we had already politely told him no the day before. He even followed us to the motorbike rental place despite our protests. While he was there, the woman refused to rent us a motorbike without a huge deposit. When he left, she agreed to just take our passports.

Terrible bathroom”
Smelled of sewage. The slight raised area for the shower prevented the water from draining. The faucet was broken and the sink leaked water on the floor which never drained.

Great courtyard”
Not a bad little place, hidden at the end of a laneway. The staff are very nice, and rather reserved. The courtyard is clearly the standout attraction of this property.
