Don't go there girlfriend
Pool, airconditioner
Terrible. We checked in late and asked the staff member that greeted us where we could get food to which he replied "restaurant closed you have food tomorrow". The complimentry breakfast was rubbish. The room was filled with mosquitoes. The bathroom smelt so so bad we didn't even have a shower. Checked out as soon as we could the following day. Extremely overpriced!

We booked as it looked ok from agoda site. Got to the hotel the room had a odour it was unsafe with electrical cords ozing suff out from the wall toilet kept running and room dirty. Spoke to hotel they showed us three more rooms but all bad and she stated on the third this was the last one. Our expectations were not high but this place was unsafe un healthy to stay at.

Poor service,no English,terrible rooms
Waiting for two hours to get into a room. Room was dirty, had no amenities or phone. Constant maintenance being done resulted in black water coming from taps and loud noises. Breakfast was in portions for a child and no extras given at all. No English speaking staff,no help given. Pretty much like staying in a village.

Lovely stay at Alit Beach Resort
Beautiful pool, tennis, adorable staff, just front of the sea, beautiful view during breakfast.
We booked at the Alit Beach Resort because we saw that the pool was big enough to do our laps and that there was a tennis court for my hustband. We were 5, 2 adults with our 3 kids aged 10,15 and 16. The hotel is located front of the sea in the north of Sanur. Unfortunately, it is the tourist aera where they get the boat to go to the Gilli Island, so it was quiet hard to find a nice little place to eat with good quality food at a reasonnable price but for us, the Alit Beach resort was a fantastic place for the price that we paid. First, the staff is fantastic, when we arrived, I was quied disappointed because the bungalows were quiet old but everything I required was given straight away. A big mirror, 2 nice lamps and an extra table in the room. Enough towels. The beds were really confortable and the sound of the sea was just great. There are 2 pools, and the second was fantastic to swim everyday, big enough and very quiet. I complained because the product they placed inside were too strong and dangerous and immediately they reduced it. The beds beside the pools were very comfortable too. About the breakfast, it was not a buffet, so we had to wait quiet a long time to be served every morning, that was quiet anoying and not much choice. As we stayed 3 weeks, it would have been great to have different breads and more fruits but I must admit that they were so lovely that they bought cereal for our kids and yoghurt. We ate one lunch in the restaurant, but unfortunately it was really bad. Honestly, with a little improvement, renovating and cleaning the rooms, improving the food, this hotel is perfect. We had a great time and would go back with a great pleasure.

Meh
staff, location
We had what was listed as a Deluxe Villa. It was a villa but in no way deluxe. Very dated and not well maintained. Couldn't shower without water spraying over bathroom, faucets for sink loose. They are remodeling but that was no help for our stay. Thankfully only stayed there for two nights.
