The view of the stay is perfect. The balcony faces the sea with a good sight. You can also enjoy a slight glimpse of the sun set and sun rise at the balcony. Overall the stay is very pleasant, except the for the fact that the floor is a little oily (not sure if i use the right word). Would be good if thorough cleaning can be done before handing over the stay to guests. Keep up the good work!

Situated with access direct to the harbour. Terrific staff . They even meet you at the railway station to help with your bags. The whole Cinque Terre area is steep with steps galore so be prepared!

Fantastic location and great rooms ”
Right from the start everything was going right with Alla Marina Affittacamere, with Colette emailing and asking if everything was OK and whether I would like to be met at the station with help. Down near the harbour it was a great location with a fantastic restaurant outside the front door. The room was comfortable and clean and everything you could ask for. Thank you again Alla Marina Affittacamere, we had a wonderful start to exploring the magnificent Cinque Terre.

Great sea view balcony”
We have SMS the hotel when driving thru La Spezia (nearby city), therefore they have deployed one staff to wait us in the village top outside the gates. (Please note that this is a fisherman's village subject to ZTL traffic limitation, therefore the car cannot go in) This gentleman suggest us to park our car for free in this hotel single parking place, which was very nice and also help us carry one luggage to the apartment 300m away. The luggage issue might be the only problem here, as the village located in a high slope area with several staircase steps to deal until the room, therefore if you not staying for long time, better use backpack otherwise you might have a painful experience with luggage. The apartment it's located just in front of the harbor, with an amazing balcony facing the sea, even you can listen the waves all night long. Have simple decoration, with essential electric appliances, but two comfortable rooms and also two working toilets. In case your health allow you to deal easily with staircases, it's totally worth to stay.

Spacious room with awesome sea view”
My stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The room was clean and cosy. Everything was awesome about the hotel. It is near the subway (4 min walk). Restaurants and supermarkets are just below the hotel. I will definitely stay at the same hotel again when I come to Cinque Terre.
