Stylish and clean, but no real front desk”

The room was stylish and kept very clean! It's fine for someone who just wants somewhere to put their bags and sleep. But there's no front-desk staff, really. When I arrived, I had to call them on the phone, and when I needed something, I called again. Someone always came quickly from somewhere nearby (maybe the owner lives nearby?), but it could be inconvenient for some people. I doubt they could provide many tourist services like luggage storage or concierge.
