Beautiful Hotel with amazing staff”
I took a two-days trip to Hoi An from Da Nang to explore and absorb more about the local culture and architecture of this little village. As I arrived at Allegro Hoi An Luxury Hotel & Spa, I was impressed with the customer service provided from the entire hotel staff team. Everyone was so polite, professional and well-trained which made me feel very welcomed. As for the building itself, this is a well-designed hotel, from space planning layout to air-ventilation, lighting, color scheme, texture/pattern, hardscape vs softscape, all just fall into the right places which create a peaceful and relaxing environment. Facility is also very clean and very well-upkeep. Thanks to Hotel Manager, Natalie, for doing such a great job managing the facility and her team. I had the opportunity interacting with Natalie and learned little more about the concept behind the interior design of this hotel which I very much appreciate, from furniture selections, tile color/layout…even plumbing fixtures, just perfect. Location wise, it cannot be better, walking distance to the famous Pho cô Hội An and other attractions. Also, breakfast is tasty with lots of choices/options. You won’t go wrong with this hotel. I had a amazing time here and it will be my go-to place in Hoi An going forward. Highly recommended!!!

I want to live here for ever”
We LOVED this hotel so much. We were travelling with our 22 month old and the staff were so engaging with her. Friendly, accommodating and she loved them all. I want to especially thank Bella for her warm heart, beautiful smile and our swift check in. The pool is fantastic, the breakfast selection amazing. Our daughter loved seeing the fish and riding the free bicycles which were equipped with childrens seats. The room was spacious and the bathroom huge. I cannot fault the cleanliness. It was our honeymoon and even thought we checked in early we were still surprised with flowers and cake upon our return from an outing. But what really made the best stays for us on our holiday was friendly staff who could entertain our daughter if for even a minute and give us some respite. The staff at Allegro seemed 100% genuine in their kind, warm and happy demeanour. I would recommend Allegro to anyone visiting Hoi An. So thank you so so much.

One week stay”
After having travelled in Vietnam for two weeks, we were looking forward to a little downtime in Hoi An and we were glad to have chosen the right hotel. Raven greeted us and she made us feel very special. All the rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds. I had booked a suite with balcony but it was to the side of the hotel. When asked if we could have one overlooking the pool, they were very accommodating and two nights later we enjoyed a nice view from our balcony! The whole staff was wonderful starting with Raven and Jane at the front desk. The breakfast was amazing and the best fruit. Raven even asked us if we had any special requests because we were staying so long 😊. King was also amazing with helping us getting a scooter for two days and always had the bikes ready! I would definitely go back and stay there again. We also had massages by Helen and Lee and they were very relaxing. 5 stars all across for this hotel!

Romantic Oasis”
Loved the location a short walk away from bustling ancient town. Walked there a couple days and biked a couple days (free bikes provided by hotel). Lovely decor and decadent breakfast. Several nooks and crannies around the hotel to relax and even read a book in the little library. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed, deep tub, spacious shower, spacious room over all (junior suite king bed). Took us a couple days to figure out we have to make a special request for strong coffee at breakfast since the one that is out is more like American coffee which is not very strong. We walked to la Residencia to check out the facilities and decided to pay a little extra to stay at Allegro because it’s nicer and worth the extra cost. Definitely recommend. We were coming from a JW Marriott in Hanoi so I was a bit weary at first of the step down, but Allegro was really lovely and did not disappoint! Ran into Anthony who was a visiting manager from La Residencia and he as super helpful as well.

Absolute Treasure Stay in HoiAn”
I am impressed by the standard of this boutique hotel. They truly pay attention to take care of every detail. The check-in process was very welcoming. We were directed to sit and rest at a welcome lounge. A welcome drink was served with a cold towel and a little chocolate cake. At the lounge, reception spent about 10min going through every details with us from the hotel facilities to places to visit in HoiAn. We were ushered to our room and it is beautiful. Love the design and details. The bed is super comfortable. There is also tea and fruits in our room. There is free us of bicycle for every guest. the pool and gym are decent. The spa looks great, however, we are unable to book a slot. Lastly, the breakfast is one of the best in Da Nang hotels (better than 5 stars hotel). I love this hotel and highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel for a Hoi An experience”
Loved this hotel! Beautiful rooms and building. All very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and included a big selection of dishes from Vietnam, Asia and western options. The pool was nice, especially to chill out for a few hours and escape the heat. Best thing was the bicycles that you could borrow to ride around the town. Highly recommend doing this! We even rode the bikes to the beach at An Bang. Although the hotel also has a free shuttle as well, we loved the ride. Also the hotel has an area of private beach at The Deck House restaurant which was fantastic.

Fantastic stay at Allegro Hoi An”
Fabulous hotel, location, food and personnel. We had two rooms for three nights Dec 26-29. We were so impressed and well beyond our expectations. Nancy was our main hostess and she is fabulous. Everyone on the hotel’s staff was kind, helpful and always in service mode. The property is super cool, clean and modern. The food was excellent and best Asian and western breakfast buffet we have experienced in our extensive travels. The value is something we are still talking about. We can’t say enough good things about the Allegro Hoi An and wish we could have stayed a lot longer.

Amazing service”
ur friends did recommend us the Allegro and we decided to follow their advice. From the first minute we did not regret. We were welcomed by Joy, a wonderful hostess always at our disposal during our stay. Our room was beautiful just like the whole hotel, tastefully designed with a local touch. The breakfast was awesome, we enjoyed the gym and the spa. We had bicycles available for us at anytime, rent a scooter for one day, be recommended two very nice Vietnamese restaurants: The little Faifo and the Morning Glory Signature. We also tried Aubergine49, excellent fusion cuisine. Natali, the hotel manager, was also really nice with us and actually the entire staff is very customer focused. Everyone has been all the time showing an appetite for helping, always ready to go the extra mile. There is a free shuttle to the beach about 20’ away with a place reserved for hotel guests including sun beds, umbrellas and towels. The hotel did provide a ride back to the airport. Relaxing and great value”
Everyone at this hotel was genuniely friendly and helpful. Kim at reception gave us a room upgrade and a meal upgrade that we did not use so she exchanged it for a spa discount - all above and beyond our expectations. The room was spotless, modern, bright, and had a balcony, marble tub, and amenities. The breakfast buffet included Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Western food - all delicious in a dining room that adjoins the pool and garden. The spa was wonderful, relaxing and a good value, and Helen and Chau gave slow, soothing massages that were excellent. We did not mind the 10 minute walk to the old town and river market area because we passed lots of shops and restaurants worth exploring. The Old Town is built for tourists, and they are everywhere, but the riverfront and markets are more quaint than Siem Reap or Asiatique in Bangkok, less frenetic than Phuket and Bali, and better food and value than Yangon and Phnom Penh. We intend to return soon and stay longer at this hotel.

Exceptional”
Staff: We were welcomed by Joy and she did an excellent job explaining the hotel facilities, nearby attractions and answering our queries. Throughout our stay, Joy and Brian were super helpful and you could tell that they were genuinely concerned about the guests. Room: The Junior Suite room looked exactly like the photos, and I really loved the aesthetics (especially the washroom)! Food: Breakfast spread was great, I think I ate more than 10 croissants hahaha. Try to go earlier to sit by the pool area, fantastic ambience. Massage: We were really excited to try their Signature massage, however it was quite disappointing as it felt like the masseurs were tired after a while and we didn't feel satisfied nor rejuvenated at the end of it. Location/facilities: Both were awesome, and the hotel even provides free bicycles and shuttle bus to the beautiful Anbang beach. All in all, a fantastic hotel to reside in and I'll definitely choose Allegro when I'm back in Hoi An (:

The Best Hotel in Hoian!”
I spent four nights and five days with my family in Allegro Hoi An. We stayed last year but didn't miss expectations again this year. The family said the clean facilities, friendly staff and delicious meals were good. In particular, the staff were good at speaking Korean, and the children loved it. On the other hand, the day I checked in at the hotel was my mother's birthday, and my family was very impressed by the preparation of the cake with the bouquet at the hotel. I will visit again.

Wonderful boutique hotel!”
The location is great for walking around Hoi An. The service is impeccable and the rooms are beautiful. Breakfast, dinner, and room service was all outstanding! We enjoyed the immaculate spa as well and we just cannot say enough about this lovely hotel. 5 stars for sure!! I would like to thank Hanna at reception for the detailed map and for going out of her way to make sure we were happy, King at the bell stand for always greeting us by name with a smile, Lani for one of the best massages I have ever had and I will never forget Pink waving goodbye like we were family. This was the best part of a two week trip and I look forward to returning with my family! I cannot say enough about what a fantastic experience this hotel is!!

Exceptional”
Wonderful stay! The staff were all so unbelievably helpful, smily, friendly, went out of their way to help with any issues you might have (i.e. I was charged twice by a vendor in the old town) and they helped to sort it out straight away. Such a great location and loved riding their bikes into the old town. The breakfast was amazing with beautiful local food as well as international. Rooms were spacious and beautiful, new but remained an old charm. We travelled with 3 younger children and they were so loving and attentive to them - Hana, Raven, Jane, Ruby, the list of all goes on and on. Pool is fabulous for young kids as well with a kids pool on one side and deeper end towards the other. We never felt we were a nuisance to guests without children. We had such an amazing visit and were so sad to leave. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

You have to stay hereeeee”
The room is beautiful and in the great condition (new and clean). They have the best staffs ever. They are friendly, supportive and have insane ability of recognize and familiarity with clients. Well, the story is that, I forgot my notebook (has my name inside) in the lobby and the receptionist gave it back to me during breakfast in the restaurant. They made all of us feel like home. I am in love with the pastry for breakfast buffet. They are better than several other 5-stars hotel I can tell

The little hotel that does it all”
Stayed here in 2019 and was taken away by the hospitality offered. The opportunity to stay again in 2022 at better rates took a split second of thought before booking - it was the first hotel booking we made in a 2 week Vietnam holiday from one end of the country to the other.. If you are into hotel breakfast offerings, this is one of the the best. Even in early post covid June 2022 the breakfast array was outstanding. Staff are very helpful and we reconnected with staff who remembered us from 2019 (hello Nancy). The location is a few minutes walk away from the tourism centre - close enough but just the right distance away to escape. I am looking forward to my third visit to the Allegro. PS Current 2022 rates are a bargain. Hoi An and the Allegro need your custom to recover from a devastating couple of years. If you can, travel Vietnam in 2022 and you will be so glad you did.

Our flight was cancelled and we were rerouted to fly into Danang via HCM. When we reached Allegro, we were tired and hungry. Nancy made us feel so welcome the minute we stepped into the lobby. We were quickly ushered to the resting area with welcome drink and a hot towel. When the room they initially gave us faced someone's backyard, we requested for a change. It was done quickly and when we came back from a quick dinner, we were moved to a higher floor with better view. I was also touched with a surprise cake and bd song on my birthday on 29th Feb. it has been just an awesome hotel with awesome staff. We will bring our children back to visit and stay here.

Best Hotel in Hoi An”
Our first hotel after 2 years of pandemic. The hotel is nice and clean. We have no time for the pool but it looks gorgeous. Our room was clean and big with a nice bath tub. The breakfast spread is plentiful and the staff are super friendly who speaks very good English. She recommended me where to go and what to see. We had our best stay here.

We stayed for 3 nights at Allegro Hoi An in December 2019 in 2 connecting rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were really comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great and has a huge variety of food. Staff were very friendly and courteous and there’s a Vinmart convenience store nearby. Surrounding is peaceful and the old town is within walking distance. Will definitely stay at Allegro again should we visit Hoi An again.

Spent 2 nights in this hotel. The car transfer was excellent, lovely clean car with AC, water and friendly driver. Very warm welcome by hotel staff and nice refreshing drink on arrival. Staff were very helpful in organising local trips and open to questions. Lovely breakfast provided, lots of different options available and all fresh and tasty. Would definitely come again, thank you for an amazing stay!

Hotel was fantastic staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel does not have great views but is so clean and pleasant. Nice outdoor pool and the best breakfast we had in 4 weeks in Vietnam. They run a free shuttle to Ang bang beach with free sun beds and a nice beach shack with nice food. I give this hotel 10/10
