We stayed here on our second night in Siem Reap. It's around the corner from our first night's hotel, and I'm glad we stumbled upon it in Agoda. It's an EXCELLENT little hotel. We were very pleased and will stay again on our next visit.

Cheap and reasonable price villa type hotel”
Price is reasonable and location nearby to pub street, however, the road is isolated from main road, and quite dark very dim at night, you may be scare to go out alone. The road is very bumpy and uneven too, but the staff is helpful and kind, serve a good western breakfast and good coffee. Yeah, they provide free pick up from airport, but please notify them earlier.

lovely hotel”
I originally booked Alliance Villa for 3 nights, then another (cheaper) hotel for the remainder of my 3-week stay in Siem Reap...I ended up re-booking Alliance Villa after only 2 nights at the other hotel...you get what you pay for! And in this case Alliance Villa really delivered - the hotel is small and quiet, (down a secluded side-street), my room was very big and I had a huge private balcony - for me it was paradise. The staff were very nice and went out of their way to be as polite and helpful as possible, I really can't fault this place on anything, it was worth every penny. I plan on re-visiting Siem Reap next year and I won't consider going anywhere else, Alliance Villa was brilliant - highly recommended.

Staff and Location
I stayed one night for few hours but the stay was very comfortable. Staff very helpful, got me a guided tour within 30 minuted when I reached at 2.30 pm. Gave me a packed breakfast at 5 am next day when I left to see the sunrise at angkor wat in the morning. Wifi was very good.

Good budget hotel”
The staff was really great. The food at the free breakfast was great. Good location near plenty of bars and restaurants.
The staff was really great. The food at the free breakfast was great. Good location near plenty of bars and restaurants, but was a bit hard to find because is located down a gravel alley. Write down the phone number, buy a Cambodian sim card at the airport (2$), and have the taxi driver talk to the hotel staff. The rooms were not well lit, but there was a big window in my room. The bathroom was ok, but could use some upgrading. The AC didn't work well in my first room, so they moved me to another.

Very nice and quiet hotel, near to the city.”
romantic, quiet, friendly service
The Alliance Villa is an unknown guesthouse, with a green garden, where you can eat a marvellous breakfast, in the rest of birds an flowers. The very young staff, in fact all students, working to pay their studies, try to do the best possible, in a familiar way. They are very correct and honest about all prices. All commonly prices compared with the travel agencies in the city. I recommand this sympathic guesthouse. .I enjoyed every day of our week overthere. But if you want a 5 stars, go elsewhereI, then you are not the person for this green jewel.

Price, central, friendly staff
For about $20 a night this was a very good hotel. Lighting in the room was poor and there was a bit of a smell (probably from the drain) in the bathroom which were my only complaints however I can overlook these things considering the price. Staff was great and breakfast was awesome.

Quiet location, friendly staff.”
It was in easy walking distance of everything. The off season room rate was a steal: $16 (incl a good breakfast) for a $107 rack rate room.
I enjoyed it. Physically very comfortable. But for the first time in my traveling life I would say it was a bit TOO quiet. For most of my ten day stay I was the only guest. The hotel is located on a dirt lane with little traffic or commerce. The hum of my AC was the only sound I ever heard. Staff is friendly and helpful, but as usual here English skills were a little spotty. I definitely would recommend this place, but only if you can get a good room rate.

Value for money; Calm area; Girl Friendly”
3minutes walk from Night market, Pub Street. Free breakfast, Free wi-fi; Nice large rooms
Everything is excellent. The hotel looks great for the money, room is very large; mine came with a balcony. I travelled from Phnom Pehn by bus (Mekong) and used a Tuk-Tuk (3 USD from Mekong office to any hotel in Seam Rep central area) to reach this hotel. Check-in was very fast and staff are very friendly. In fact the staff told me that there are two ways (one is very shorter, take a left when you exit the hotel) to night market, several restuarents, massage places and pub-street. You can walk to these two places in 2 or 3 min max. This hotel is girl-friendly; you can bring your lady from the bar at no extra cost. If you take a right at the exit, you can see the main street to find several shops renting bicycles. I took one (2USD per day) for visiting Angkor Wat complex. There is a electronic safe in the room, nice bath hot and cold; spacious and clean. Bed is nice and large. Two complimentary water bottles were provided everyday. Room was cleaned on everyday and all my articles are safe. I used their same-day laundry; well done! Staff booked my return bus (Mekong) ticket to Phnom Penn; I paid the money after I received the ticket. Mekong guys picked me at the hotel, very nice. Check-out was very fast.

i love this place”
beautiful hotel, nice location, incredibly nice staff
i've stayed here 3 times now - this is a lovely choice for a hotel to stay at in siem reap that's very modestly priced. it's located in a residential neighborhood about 3 blocks in from the main street. you can walk along the alley and be at pub street in 5 minutes, but the hotel is a very quiet oasis from the crowds. the courtyard where they serve breakfast is very pretty, as is the hotel structure itself. really, really nice staff.

Comfortable and spacious rooms”
comfort of the room
Although the location is a bit off the main road, its a quick minute walk to the main road. After a tiring day from the tour, a nice rest in a comfortable room is much needed. There is warm water in the shower, American breakfast was huge for an Asian like me. Generally, I like the ambiance of the hotel. Lobby was not the usual you can see in most hotels, it has a touch of being just at home. Value for money is a 10! Staff were very accommodating. Parking was relatively spacious.

Great family owned hotel with excellent services”
Tucked away in a village away from the hustle bustle
Absolutely loved this place. Big rooms, and my traveling companions all felt very at home. We slept very well after a few hard days of traveling in Bangkok. Free internet is available at the hotel, and you do not have to wait long to get onto the computer. The hotel only has seven rooms. Everything (night market, food stalls, old market, and restaurants, etc.) was within walking distance. Tuk tuks are available from the hotel and you do not need to search for one.

Staff and size of room
A family-run hotel, very cozy atmosphere, clean and well-kept. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, beds were huge and comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful--the same goes for the restaurant in general. Dry cleaning services were prompt and very reasonable. Location was pretty good; although you have to walk a little to get to the Night Bazaar and other, less touristy action, it's only a 5 to 10-minute walk. The main reason to stay here would probably be the people--they looked after us well.

A little hard to find down a small dirt road but that is O.K. One very small thing ......no bedside light which can be a bit of a pain .

A beautiful villa where you can feel peace and comfort.”
I used the delux Room. The employees of the Villa were very kind and always smiled at me. The balcony in the room was beautiful, and the room was clean. Especially, breakfast was very delicious and I was happy to have breakfast while enjoying the stillness. However, this villa was located in remote parts of the country, so the motorbike drivers couldn't find it. If you prefer luxurious hotels and fancy hotels, I don't recommend this Villa, but I recommend this Villa if you want it to feel comfortable and calm. I hope both the employees and the tourists who stay in this villa will be happy.

Alliance Villa is a gem ”
Staying here was one of the best decisions I made on this trip. It may not be the newest propery in Siem Reap, but that was more than made up for by the friendly staff who greeted me by name and helped organize tours and transportation despite all my requests being somewhat last-minute. Pros: Incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to help make sure I had a wonderful stay in Siem Reap. Location on a quiet street within walking distance of the night market and Pub Street. Good breakfast with nice outdoor seating. Spacious room. Cons: Although I tried to shut the windows at night, mosquitos somehow found their way in. Alliance Villa will be my first choice when I return to Siem Reap.

Staff need to be better”
This is a cool place to stay but the staff who deals with the breakfast is not cool enough. It is not a buffet but still they try to cut down the cost in these two stupid ways. 1) We had break fast for 2 and there was only one person to eat, still for asking some extra items they billed you. They won't give second breakfast unless there is a second person eating breakfast 2) even if you are late by couple of minutes they won't provide you breakfast. These two was stupid policies and killed a good experience.

Great place to stay, very quiet but AC not that cool in Deluxe Room”
I stayed at the Alliance Villa 6 nights in a Deluxe double room. Overall, I was happy with my stay in the room, however several things were problems for me. The water in the sink of bathroom was just a small dribble and I had to tell them about this which they fixed. The shower is not that good as the spray is a stinging spray on your body and the fixture that the shower sets in kept coming apart. These are things Housekeeping should report when they clean the rooms. And lastly, the AC in the Deluxe room is not strong enough to keep the room cool. At night I woke up repeatedly sweating (even with the setting on 16 deg C) because the room was stuffy and hot.

Great staff! ”
The staff was awesome, very friendly! Did my laundry for dirt cheap. Best free breakfast my whole trip. Nice courtyard to sit and drink coffee or eat. Tour options available. It's on a quiet street, right by the night market. If you stay here there is a little back way to walk where it is real close to get to night market and Pub Street. Ask the staff, because I didn't notice it until my 3rd day there, and it could have saved me some time. Spacious room, nice shower, little balcony, good breakfast, good location, great staff.
