Really nice experience”

It was my second time in Amsterdam but my first experience in an apartment instead of hotel. You get your key from the Allure hotel, which is close to the actual location ( 10 min walk) and the staff is nice and very helpful. The photos on the site are from all the apartments they rent, so it may not look like the one you get. But the ap is clean, looks good and is well situated. The only problem was with the oven which was not working, but we had breakfast out eventually. One room was small ( the one with 2 separate beds but it s not a problem if you go to Amsterdam to enjoy the city. It was a nice experience and I would strongly recommend Jasmine 1 apartment.

We were in an ideal situation. Easy access to everything but quiet. We didn't meet any staff in the apartment but the staff in the centre office who held our luggage were excellent. Our email did say the office wasn't open until the afternoon so we paid for a luggage locker on our early arrival. When we called in at the office to pick up the key and regarding the return trip they said they are open from 08.00 hrs. Each day so the email needs amending. Would recommend this apartment.

Location not too central; Environment quite noisy”

Honestly the stay at Plantage was only fair, as the apartment was quite far from where everything is really, plus during our stay, it was quite noisy in general with all the other people that are staying in the same apartment. What's good was the staff are quite attentive and friendly and they can communicate in really good English.

Nice apartment in quiet location”

Pretty apartment with high ceilings, and nice decor. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Beds are soft and the mattress needs to be changed. I would have liked a washing machine, an apartment should have one. We stayed in a 3 bedroom penthouse so be prepared to climb many stairs.

a bit scary decoration in each room, not at all similar to the photos. luckily uber is available, so transportation was okay.

Living amongst the locals; yet walk into town”

Positives: location, (across the road from a quaint park next to the canal) in a tree-lined street, and walking distance Into town, or local shops - or tram. Information in the room was useful, and the local biscuits were appreciated, and a treat. The staff were super friendly in arrival. Negatives: the Internet, the team just never managed to get it fixed; even after a couple of requests.

Worst experience ever”

The place was not like in the pictures at all, we got a bad apartment , their is no hot water , the stream of the water is very week, the stairs to the apartment were impossible to climbe , it was like climbing a mountain. 2 of my friend fell down and got injured. The beds are not comfortable at all . When we told the reception that the apartment don’t fit to our needs they didn’t have a solution for us. It’s far from the metro. The windows don’t open at all, they are hold by a wood. We payed 2020€ for an apartment that doesn’t even worth 100€ per night. We will not recommend any one to take this place at any price! We got charged 400€ security payment . The facilities that was wrote in the site didn’t match to the reality. When we asked transmission from the hotel to the airport for six people, they sent us a van for only 5 people . They didn’t told us that the local time changed And we almost missed our flight back.

Had a penthouse apartment for 6 people for a couple days. Excellent living room space - but virtually no cookwear. Some of the twin rooms were extremely small. Lots of stairs. Good place for a relaxed group wanting value and brilliant location!

Jasmine penthouse for 5 pax, other than the master room queen bed, the other two rooms single beds are extremely narrow. Lovely big airy living space to hang out in the evenings which is the main reason we didn't choose a better hotel's individual rooms. Kitchen is kinda half equipped, one coffee bag, no kitchen soap. Toilet drain has a crazy bad small coming out after you shower. Location is lovely, 15min walk to most attractions, a few steps from lots of good food, and far away from the chaos in a very quiet place.

This apartment is in a great location!! Quiet street, cafes, parks. Beautiful. There are 3 flights of steep steps up to the apartment and a flight in the apartment (penthouse- 2 floors) so if you have mobility issues this apartment is not for you. It was great for our family of 5. We all slept comfortably in two queens and two singles. It’s a well used apartment so if you you desire new and ultra clean this apartment is not for you. However, If you want to experience a great neighborhood in Amsterdam with all the amenities you actually need this is an ideal apartment.

離阿姆市區搭二站，要寄行李時，就讓我們2點多就先check in沒加錢，走路過去差不多10-15分，叉路有超市，路口有咖啡廳，後面植物園附近有站輕軌，算學區住宅，晚上很安靜，大馬路轉公寓小巷都停滿汽車晚上要注意，公寓樓梯小且陡沒有電梯，有體力克服的推薦。

Приличные апартаменты в центре города. Вежливый персонал на ресепшне. Чек ин / чек аут в другом месте не очень удобен. Чистота оставляет желать лучшего. Выселение на 10 минут позже положенного времени вызвало массу возмущения у обслуживающего персонала, что оставило негативный отпечаток.
