Delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of food. Lots of interesting free services such as mini golf, archery, tennis and basketball courts, kayaking on the beach, Splash water park, warm-watered pools with jacuzzi, more than ten pools located along the way from the resort to the beach. The beach is very clean, therefore we can enjoy swimming with groups of small fishes. Most importantly, prices are reasonable for family. If I have a chance, I will surely come back to Alma Resort.

Alma Resort, a place for family vaccation”
My family had a short vaccation in Alma Resort this Tet holiday. The location is good, near the airport, only 30km to Nha Trang city. The resort is nice with various activities for family, especially for kids. My niece really likes the resort with activities for kids. The foods are nice. We do like Atlantic restaurant which has nice view on the beach and nice foods. We came on Tet holidays so the resort was very crowded but we were taken good care of by a dedicated assistant girl who helped us receive our room as well as other services smoothly and quickly. However, I also have some comments on the utilities & services of the resort: - Our room rate is quite high and equivalent to the rate for a villa of 3 bed rooms in other 5-star-resorts. Our room is 182 sqm like a villa but it is on an upper floor with stairs. The service staff only dropped us and our luggages at the entrance on the ground. We had to carry our luggages up to the upper floor on stairs. It’s inconvenient and not nice in comparison with other 4-5 star hotels/resort. - Hot water in bathrooms: we had no hot water in our bathrooms at night and early morning. I thought maybe the resort was full of customers, the hot water was not enough for those who used it late at night time, but in the early morning, we had no hot water either. - Should check items for all bathrooms and toilets. There was no soap for hand-cleansing in the small toilet, no towels for face either. In general, my family enjoyed the stay in Alma Resort and might come back late with expectation of better services.

Best place on our 3 week trip”
My family and I LOVED this resort. We were worried about not having a private pool, we needn't have because there are 12 pools and a water park here. Breakfast was great and all the restaurants onsite were incredible. The food we had at the Italian place was exceptional especially the Christmas set menu. All the staff there made us feel welcome and special but I must mention Mi in particular as she went out of her way to make our stay the best on our trip. We can't wait to go back there again!

In January I went, it was very windy and cold, so neither the children nor us could swim,The resort itself was so clean and so beautiful.The staff were very friendly and the facilities were very good.There weren't many types of breakfast, but it was good to eat, and there was a mart in the resort so I could buy what I needed (beer, ice cream)🤪.When the weather gets warmer, this is the place I want to go once again.And thank you very much to Lan Anh, who was so caring and kind to us from check-in to check-out.

3days stay at 2 two bedroom suites”
Our family was 4adults and 3 children. We reserved two suites both were two bedroom suites. The suites were clean, and the breakfast buffet was good too. There were so many pools, so basically we could use any pools privately almost. The only downside was the experience I had with front desk checking out. I haven't waited that long to checkout in 10 years. They really need to do something about it. I got two hours plus with a late checkout. I went to check out around 1:30 pm which isn't the usual crowded time for both check in&out. However it took me more than 30 minutes for me.

The resort itself is amazing but it’s in the middle of nowhere. Next time, we will book something closer to Nha Trang City. The staff is also very helpful but I don’t feel as if they had enough English speaking staff. Pool, gym, spa are all top notch and they have a market onsite, which was very nice. My biggest complaint was the buffet. It was awful! They promoted a Christmas Eve buffet special but I feel like we were misled. The food was not good and did not meet any of our expectations. The breakfast buffet was not good either. They really should do better on their food service.

Not really worthy of 5-star resort”
I went to Alma with my mom for the holidays (30/4-3/5). Customer experience here is under average. Had problem checking in because they did not get the payment from Agoda. Invested in a lot of energy and communication with Alma to sort this issue and did not receive their apology for the inconvenience initially. They asked me to deposit one night to sort it out. Until today, no refund has found in my bank account. A plus for their huge resort and location. But food and customer service suck comapred to the value for money.

It's the most terrible resort ever”
Alma Resort has very beautiful scenery and good facilities though, my family was not able to enjoy those things. Alma's staffs were not prepared yet, and their communication ability is terrible. The worst thing is they thought they have been doing well....My family got shocked though. I told them "just visit Vinpearl" and "apply what u learn from it". That's what I tlod them last. Although Alma has the great facilities and beautiful scenery, the others like restaurant's service, staff's attitude, and service mind for customers are terribly below the level of 5 star grade. Specially service mind is like 2 or 3 grade.
