    “Wonderful location and lovely owner.”

I don't think there are many locations positioned directly in front of Dejima. The rooms and shared spaces were well cleaned, and I was comforted by the lovely stories from the owner. I would like to use it again when I visit Nagasaki.

    “A very excellent youth hostel.”

The room space is very large for a youth hostel, the bed is not too small, and the mattress is quite thick, making for a comfortable sleep over two nights. The common areas are also rather cozy and warm, with free hand-brewed coffee available, and the host has thoughtfully provided a comfortable space. Just downstairs and around the corner is the "Island exit," and it's also very close to Chinatown. However, it takes about 5-6 minutes by car to get to JR Nagasaki Station, but you can also take the tram or bus to reach it. The only downside might be that you have to climb stairs to the fourth floor, and the stairs are quite narrow, which could be quite challenging if you have a large suitcase.

    “Controversial ”

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff! Thank you so much for being friendly and understanding! The facilities however are not perfect. Sorry to say this, but this place is at all not comfortable in winter. It is cold and windows in the corridor and toilet can't be closed. In the shower the temperature is like in the corridor. The temperature in the room is relatively low. The blanket provided helps to sleep well, but outside it it's not comfortable at all. To get to the toilet, shower and common space you need to go out to the cold, windy corridor that looks and feels not like a living area. I hope it is better in summer.

    “Wonderful”

I stayed there only 1 night, I wish I stayed more. The staff is very friendly and helpful, + speaks English. They checked me in earlier and gave good suggestions regarding trips around. The hostel is small, but the dorm had a lot of space as per Japanese standards.

    “Awesome!”

Despite the sudden decision to extend my stay, I was relieved that you kindly opened a room on the third floor and welcomed me warmly. It was very convenient as it was close to both the bus and tram, and also near Chinatown. Since my goal was to cross over to Hashima Island, being close to the port was perfect. The staff also came to greet me on the first day and offered sightseeing advice. I would like to use your services again the next time I come to Nagasaki!
