We enjoyed our stay at Alocassia, the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is well located with Stevens MRT just a block away and Orchard Road a 5 minute drive down the road. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped but there was no dishwashing soap or sponge provided. The pool and surrounds was always clean and the deck chairs sturdy. At the Lobby level, there is a gym, beauty spa, 4 food restaurants including Subway and McDonald's and a small supermarket for one's convenience. Despite a couple of signs of age and obvious repair work in our apartment, I would readily recommend Alocassia for comfort, cleanliness and convenience.

Best Experience For 1st time traveler ”
I stay here for a week here and it was the best experience especially since I'm a first time traveler.. There's a mcd on the ground floor and cold storage if i need to buy stuff.. Bus and mrt station is just a minute away from hotel.. The boss is very accommodating and friendly... He show me how to reach the mrt station and even give my lil girl Xmas present... Best Experience hopefully can stay here again when we have the chance..

Stayed a few times already. Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and clean apartments with all the things you need for short or longer stay. MRT station is reachable in 2mins walking. A few restaurants in the area or small supermarket downstairs in same building.

Excellent Stay”
We stayed in a one bedroom delux apartment. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It located at 100m distance from the Stevens MRT. It's central location was one of the best things about the place. Also, there is cold storage and restaurants in the same building so it made our stay very convenient. I'd recommend this place for families who are planning longer stay say 1 week or more. Thank you!

It's very enjoyable to stay here with family, especially for holiday. Room is big, could accommodate up to 5 people with extra bed. There are Cold Storage convenience store, Subway and McD at ground floor. Only 150 meters away from Stevn MRT, so easily to go to all directions. Also laundry with token. New towels provided each day, except for Sunday, but soap and shampoo only available for the first day only.

BUEN ALOJAMIENTO PARA ESTANCIAS LARGAS”
Está situado en un buen barrio de Singapore con servicios de buses y metro a 5 min caminando. Además, el supermercado situado al lado del hall de entrada ofrece todo tipo de comida de buena calidad. Los demás servicios (bar, 1 restaurante italiano y 1 japonés entre otros) son también de buenas calidad. Para cuidar el cuerpo hay un gimnasio y un centro de estética. Muy buen alojamiento para estancias de almenos una semana!

1.地點位置還OK 2.清潔服務人員還不錯 3.房間設備較舊，廚房電爐具老舊(不敢使用) 4.淋浴間及廁所門無法密合 5.飯店居然要求複印信用卡正反面(我們堅持不給印)
