This hotel has definitely “city hotel” feeling with music, young staff and a pool table in a lobby. Hotel room is very clean with nice shower. Outdoor fire place with sofa was really nice. Every 30 minutes shuttle bus to the airport was also good.

leave a special note but room rate double charges, complain to the agoda get immediate response but did solve the problem, really headache. however it will be solve eventually.
1st Timer”
We only stayed a night. I didn’t like that they charge for parking, didn’t expect that. It seems as though there is plenty once you go toward the bottom level. Maybe this is a regular thing in LA & I’m just not familiar. I looked at reviews and already knew what the breakfast was like so we went to a highly reviewed restaurant found on Yelp called The Serving Spoon. This was our 1st time staying at Aloft & the staff customer service is very professional & welcoming.

Close to airport, lots of restaurants. Easy freeway access to other areas. Front counter staff seemed to always be unhappy and grumpy.
Hotel Rape”
I hate showing up to a hotel and then they say you need to pay 15 dollars to park your car... what??? Its like hotel rape. I felt violated. I will never go back to a place that wants to violate me. Good hotels should be hospitable providing free parking and complementary water.

Fun Place. Great staff. Excellent, quiet meeting rooms for business. No sit down restaurant, unfortunately, but restaurants nearby. A Grab and Go instead. Great beds, very quiet. Wonderful to sleep and party. Good free computers, nice pool, good storm windows that kill noise.

Power Outage”
The hotel is very nice. The power went out for 24hrs and no one said anything. I had to go to the front desk because the phones were not working to see what had happen. My last night there was not pleasant at all but overall its a nice hotel.
Aloft provides a consistent experience”
I needed to spend the night before taking off from LAX in the morning. It was more than just that. The place smells nice, the lobby sets the mood, it's affordable but hip and trendy. I connected my laptop to the flat screen TV and enjoyed some Netflix before falling asleep in a comfortable bed.
