Happy stay at the Alor”
After a night in a poor room (407) we were moved to a much better room (403). Room 407 was fine in itself, the problem was with its location. It was above the kitchens and the balcony faced a building site. As we were staying for 5 nights, we were baffled as to why we were put into such a poor room, perhaps the Valor needs to think about this from now on. After some vigorous negotiation with the front desk, we were moved to 403 from our 2nd night, this was much quieter with a balcony overlooking the rear of the hotel and included a kitchen and a flat screen TV instead of and old CRT model in 407. The staff ere very helpful and the restaurant food and staff also very good. Overall a good restful stay and we would consider staying again should we revisit Calangute.

Hotel staff ls pathetic. ”
My stay at hotel was very pathetic. Starting from staff, they were not adequate, no one served water in the room even after 4 hours of checking in. The room was not good at all and the way of going up was on narrow lane, the room was in forth floor but no lift. Rooms were not good, bed was very hard and barroom was bad quality, bad buckets and leaking basins. TVs remote was not working and more. When we asked reception to change our room they have told us to change it tomorrow but that day never came. In sum my all stay at the hotel was very bad and I m recommend all the people a please do not dAre to stat here.

si trova in un'ottima posizione,centrale ma lontano dal caos.Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.Le camere sono spaziose e pulitissime,la biancheria viene cambiata giornalmente.Dispone di un gradevole giardino e di uno spazio nell'area della piscina.La colazione è a buffet,magari è un po' troppo "indiana" e poco occidentale. Nel complesso il giudizio è ottimo e lo consiglio a tutti.
