Best hotel in Lombok”
We stayed here for almost one week during our three week stay in Bali/Lombok in March/April 2019. It is truly the best hotel we've stayed in during our entire trip. The staff is very friendly, smiled every time you passed them and they are very attentive, for example stored our helmets at the reception when it started raining. The pool area was very clean and it was easy to relax. It is a few motorcycle minutes away from "Senggigi City", so you need a motorcycle to get to the most restaurants/bars but therefore it is very quiet. However, it is a perfect spot to travel both to the north and around the west of Lombok. The little houses are very comfy, the aircon is working and the cleaning service was wonderful with amazing towel creations and even folding your clothes that laid around.

Nice room but far from town”
The room is nice, staffs are attentive and helpful. The hotel is quite a distance from the main attractions in Senggigi and it is relatively quiet outside the hotel. The internet is inconsistent. And was told the internet was down for both night. But still able to connect with minimum speed at times.

Villa was clean, Nice pool, staff are very friendly and location is easy to find. So close to beach just walking 5minutes and They are having resto to serving some food, food taste heavenly. The best villa so far at Senggigi.

The Best Place to Stay in Lombok”
This hotel is definitely worth the money as it is in a good location. It is close to the beach and as most hotels it has free wifi. There is daily housekeeping and the staff is very kind and always eager to help. The bar is also quite good. The room was lovely and clean. The hotel has all the facilities needed and I enjoyed the pool as well. Highly recommended!

the hotel is 1 month only but everything is great. the staff spent a lot of time helping me to book tickets to Bali and others stuff. the room are lovely and clean. the swimming pool too. they will soon propose a breakfast. This is for now the only one thing missing.

Great Stay ”
The hotel staff was excellently friend sand helpful. The hotel was clean and as it’s new we hope that it would be seriously maintained well. As it’s relatively new, the staff should pay attention to the little details like 1) no top up of coffee and water each day 2) no towel change each day 3) no cleaning of room each day 4) the back of the hotel can be better utilized instead of a sitting area to a jacuzzi pool. Overall very satisfied just need a little tweak of improvements to make it even better

great hotel but quite far to senggigi beach”
i like alora villa, they have cute rooms for us and cleanliness at its best, but quite far from senggigi. bcus i need to cross the the island to gili trawang at that time

Hard to move and checking out because the villa ambience is very peaceful but i cant stay for a long time because stay for a business trip. one point for noted is parking area they are need to upgrade, over all it's great.

Money got stolen at hotel”
My money got stolen from my hotel. Though cameras showed clearly the person who entered my room, but management decided not to act and not even discussed matter to employee. Employee said to my face that im a lier!! Really on of my worst experiences EVER. Was a total nightmare!

Money was stolen by hotel staff”
One of the hotel staff stole $800 from my room. Although he confessed entering my room, he declined stealing it :(.. Talked to hotel management about it and they basically told me that they can not do anything for me Police arrived to hotrl to investigate, but nothing happpened. I was really frustrated and angry.

rip off hotel”
This is the worst hotel where I have spent a night so far. I would not recommend anyone to spend a night here. the staff and unable. I was told by a scooter driver who gave me a scooter that broke on the first day. i did not get my money again i had paid for 5 days in advance. The food in the hotel is also not fresh made it we probably from gauft opposite. the staff is quite incompetent and speaks bad english. We wanted to leave earlier because we have only had bad experiences with the hotel and selst then have the querelle and have us deducted. So who wants to deduct you can go to this hotel.

La chambre était assez propre et le lit confortable. Toutefois la salle de bain était moins propre que le reste. La piscine n’était pas du tout invitante (couleur de l’eau). Pas de restaurant, service de lavage ou location de scooter disponible. Service à la clientèle moyen. Bon prix.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Sogar das Erdbeben haben wir unbeschadet gut überstanden. In 2 Jahren sind wir wieder hier.

Ein wunderschönes sauberes Hotel”
wir kamen hierher, ohne genau zu wissen, was uns erwartet und es wsr einfach wunderbar! unser Zimmer war das sauberste unserer Reise, das Personal sehr bemüht. obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, bekamen wir ein sehr leckeres mit Obst und Kuchen. In unserem Zimmer haben sie jeden Tag aus Handtüchern Schwäne geformt und auf unser Bett mit Blüten drappiert. es war einfach wunderschön. Auch der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
