Got conned, not worth the money!
Expensive, Dusty and Unfriendly front desk staffs
Have quite a bad experience with them. They give us a room which is totally different from what we have booked through Agoda and it is located at another building away from the main hotel, about 15m. The front desk staff were unfriendly and couldn't be bothered to smile. The bell boy as if we owe him million of dollar, super attitude. At night there isn't much light around the building (where our room is), walking back alone can be scary. They charge for everything, even for a map they are asking for 1 euro. Our room did not have WIFI although its advertised as free WIFI in rooms. Not value the money. We hoping to have a luxurious end for our Turkey trip however it was not found at Alp pasa. It totally spoilt my trip and my impression to Antalya.

beautiful hotel in old quater, let down by manager
location, character, atmosphere,
we loved the hotel itself, but were not impressed with our first night there. the manager was trying to rearrange rooms as he had clearly overbooked (and us with nearly 100 kilo's of luggage, as we were moving countries!) and attempted to fob us off with a converted house 3 blocks away. told him where to go, miraculously a room was found and we were moved to the room we had booked the next day. grr.

the pictures on agoda is too much better
really good at advertisement
The pictures on agoda of Alp Pasa Hotel Antalya is too much better than it really is. The stuff of this hotel seems to be too busy to finish their job. Not worthy at all.

Worst Hotel Experience
Leaving was the highlight!
Our stay was awful. We arrived at midday and were told that there would be a short wait for our rooms. 3 and a half hours later our rooms were ready. My sister and her partner were shown to their room which was great, my husband and I when then shown to our room and our luggage could not fit in the room with the bed. We had booked the same standard of room. The gentleman helping with the luggage was prepared for complaints as his first question was "Is the room ok?'. While waiting for our room we witnessed at least 12 people complaining about their room and being moved to different rooms. I had to complain to the reception staff and they put all 4 of us into a suite. The next day my husband and I had to change rooms and the reception staff expected us to wait at the hotel until 2pm when a room would be ready! Even though we had paid for 2 nights. They then put us in a tiny boxy room, we had no energy to fit so accepted the room. We had another night booked but decided we couldn't stand it any longer and booked into a hotel around the corner where the staff were lovely (unlike at this hotel where they were rude, condescending and hostile) and the room was wonderful, maps were free and the safe was also free.

Nice romantic boutique hotel
Room, balcony, bed, setting.
Really nice hotel, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Good buffet breakfast. Hotel in great location in Old Town and in nice historic setting. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool. However, mini bar was overpriced, especially the expensive water.

Great location but small, uncomfortable rooms
Location & beautiful antique exterior of hotel
the hotel is situated right in the middle of the old city of antalya. the beautiful antique exterior blends in well with the romantic ambience of the old city. however unless you are staying at the suite rooms, do not bother staying here. the standard rooms (which i was misled by the photos here) are very small, and very dark. overall furniture and airconditioning is old, and in&out access of the rooms are uncomfortable. every morning and night you have to go across the front court yard full of diners at their restaurant. they place so many tables in their small court yard that we literally have to squeeze in between each tables to get to our rooms. the hotel staff are unfriendly and not helpful. my room was too dark so i asked for a lamp. reply: we don't have lamps. i was surprised at just bed sheets (no blankets or duvet covers) and asked for a blanket. reply: we don't have blankets. just sheets. i asked for a recommendation for a place to eat. reply: i don't know. there was no hot water one day, asked to be fixed. i had to call the reception 3 times before someone actually showed up. the highlight was the cockroach in the bathroom. i got the impression that unless you stay at their ottoman style suites, the hotel doesn't treat you or service you right.

Lovely hotel
Everything is good
No
Great location with fantastic interior design. Warm welcome with great services. The food was great. Dinner and breakfast were included as part of the payment. I notice many visiotrs stopped in front of this hotel and took photos. They were impressed by this hotel design. Nice place to stay in. However the swimming pool was quite small and wifi services was limited to the area near the pool.
