A Great Stay”

My stay at the Alpha Hotel was honestly amazing. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with check-in and check-out. The hotel itself was really beautiful, with exceptional cleanliness and a great location. It was minutes away from a variety of cafes, restaurants and a main shopping centre. For the quality of the stay and the hospitality experienced, the price was beyond reasonable and it was a great night spent away!

Quiet and comfortable”

If you’re after a quiet, dark and comfortable sleep, this is your place. Although it’s away from the city centre, it isn’t a problem if you have a car. Great facilities including a gym. Close to lake for a nice morning walk. Would return.

It’s a nice and clean hotel. Good customer service. Nice comfy beds.

Pubic hair on the shower wall and the bathroom smelled like someone had cleaned up a throw up. The bedroom was tidy, linen crisp and the staff at the bistro across was energetic and kind. Breakfast portions were generous.

With the only choice in that area”

If you need to stay at that area in Canberra this place is one of the very few choices. The centre is in walking distance, facilities are good, room spacious and clean. All you need is basically available. Surely laid our for business travelers.

Not bad. But not great either. Breakfast not much chop and fairly pricey.

Nothing stood out very over priced for what you got spa was not big could not fit two people in it did not have any movie channels food was over priced and not very good will never be back again

A little far from the city. Huge room. Enjoyed the breakfast selection. Had an awesome stay

Restraunt was only open for breakfast. Bed was lopsided and uncomfortable and could only sleep on 1 side or would roll out of bed. Shower was luke warm with bad pleasure. Fridge was turned off.

The motel nice and clean, however we booked and paid through agoda , the lady at the reception asked for my credit card and said no money will come out, $100 was take out,, when I rang the Asian man I would get it back with in 5 days,, not happy

Hotel was ok but when you get there they take and put on hold $100 deposit and you don’t get it back until a week later after your departure,, that’s correct a week a full week of not returning your $100 😮 I asked why and they just literally kept brushing it off as the whole world does the same thing,,,,, the whole world does not,,,, This is the first time I have seen a hotel do this....... so if you don’t mind lending the hotel $100 for a week well go for it but if you’re strapped for cash 💰 don’t go here find another hotel 🏨

Relaxed respite break”

Clean and tidy, nice restaurant and bar, comfy bed and aircon that coped with the heatwave. Best value in Tuggeranong, and an affordable way to have some space visiting the relatives.

Good facilities, very clean and well maintained: my room even had a BATH: yahoo! Seems to be rare these days! Bar, breakfast room. Disappointingly cooked breakfast not available every day! :(

Centrally located. 5 min walk to the local RSL, 2 min drive to big shopping centre, 15 min drive from national zoo and aquarium. Night clerk was a bit rude and the room looked a bigger on the pics but otherwise good value for money.
