We have been in this hotel 5 times, in different rooms and we have always been satisfied. Location is good, many shops and restaurants close. Pool is big, rooms are spacious and clean, staff are warm and friendly😊

The alphabeto is a beautiful hotel! Clean and comfortable room. Very helpful and pleasant staff. I would have stayed much longer, but the hotel was fully booked. Definitely check it out!!

Can find no flaw”
This was an amazing stay! First of all very very clean room! Very very friendly and helpful staff. Then: the rooms look great: nice space, nice design , spacious bathroom too. Having the pool was great too: refreshing and good for laps. Lastly but not last: quiet and cool( temperature) really very very comfortable and restful stay! Would book again if back in Nai Harn

Excellent modern resort”
The Alphabeto is a modern, private, very secure resort in the heart of Rawai. The grounds are green and very well kept, the pool is excellent and rooms light, clean and comfortable. Checking in via the phone was a little strange, and it is not “guest friendly” which is a negative for solo travellers. The TV should be larger with some English language channels including international sports including AFL (all channels are Thai) for a resort at this level, and a couch would be a welcome addition to the standard rooms. The a/c was noisy which is not ideal. It does feel a touch sterile due to the layout of the resort and security gates, especially as there is no current reception open nor any dining or bar facilities. However, if you’re looking for a very peaceful, private, clean and secure resort in a central location, the Alphabeto is an excellent option.

Lived up to the hype”
Incredible staff and stay at Alphabeto - room was kept clean, staff were polite and always available to help (they helped me rent a scooter), only downside was the restaurant wasn't open, but the location is close to everyting so lots of other options!

Great quiet private hotel, suprisingly beautiful relaxing garden. Clean rooms, well detailed modern Thai style. The staff are prompted and helpful. Delicious food close by and a fresh fruit market just across the street.

Staff is quite helpful and polite. They arranged us a bike rental, cab rides to airport and provided guidance on places to visit. Place is decent. Pool access villas are even better.

Great value and nice room, but....”
Everything first rate except that the rooms are opposite each other across the narrow pool that runs the length of the resort which is lovely but there are no net curtains! There are only normal dark night curtains so everyone can look into your room unless you pull the curtains. This is a serious mistake on the part of the hotel and because of this I would be reluctant to stay there again. It's a shame because everything else is great. I just can't understand how the hotel didn't do net curtains from the start. The hotel is not new so there must have been many complaints about this.
