Cheap and cheerful & close to the Main Street ”
Was looking online and just needed somewhere in Goulburn for the night, this looked like incredible value. Had the Budget Single room so not particularly big, but had everything I needed and a really big shower (is that a highlight, certainly a pleasant surprise). Really good wifi internet was another surprise. Was on top floor, so early evening it was a little noisy from the BBQ area down below but no issues later. Shopping Centre within crawling, let alone walking distance as was the main street. Nothing fancy but perfect for a night during a road trip.

This is my fourth or fifth stay here and the accommodation is consistently excellent. Comfortable beds, hot showers, basic facilities, clean rooms and onsite parking. Have never had a bad experience here! Excellent location between Sydney and the snow fields.

Stayed here with mates while on a motorcycle road trip .god value at $75 for an ensuite room . The pub right behind had great food . 2 n Mins walk .private car park to lock our bikes up. Felt safe and secure

All was good, except it was a cold night and there was supposed to be an extra blanket in the cupboard, but there was none there, so I had to leave the heating on all night, which I don’t like doing.

Apart from the jug not working and a few language issues, this Motel was perfect. Exceptionally clean and tidy with the perfect location... and a great price. Exactly what we needed after spending two weeks hiking to get there!

I usually go and stay there for a week, three or four times per year. I tell them what I will do for myself and what I would like to see cleaners do, and so I have a home while there. Staffing is a problem there because the owner will not let anyone work there who cannot speak Chinese. Still the cheapest in Goulburn if you want an on-suite.

We had a good night sleep. We also needed to get into our room early and staff were helpful in working it out. The only downside was some of towels/bathmat wasn't as good as it could be.

Compared to the appalling customer service encountered in dealing with other businesses in Goulburn the staff here were exceptional with their efforts in processing our mixed up booking and their computer glitch and got us sorted and squared away as quickly as humanly possible.

I stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions over the last 5 years. Each stay around a week. It was always my favourite hotel. After Chinese, without English, bought it, things went haywire. The Chinese guy at reception, has worked in the industry in Australia for many years. Knows his job and is very obliging. You must speak fluent Chinese to work there. Cleaning staff are temporary (visitors?) and the boss' relatives. It has deteriorated to the point that in the six days I was there my room was cleaned ONCE and twice more I took my towels to reception and had some clean ones brought to me.The regular guy on reception finally got some time off. The temporary replacement had no idea of what should be done. Although he could speak English, it was difficult to understand. The cleaners did not speak English. The redeeming features for me were very good WiFi, a fridge, toaster, jug and microwave and the on suite. Also, it is opposite the railway station and I travel by train
