Guests have raved about the excellent and friendly staff, who go above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. The hotel's spacious and clean rooms are a highlight, and its location near the bustling nightlife and shopping areas of Bangkok has been extremely convenient for many guests. The complimentary tuk-tuk service to nearby areas has been appreciated by numerous visitors, and its location is also perfect for exploring all that Bangkok has to offer.
ACs can be noisy, but it's not a big problem for most guests.

I've been staying at this hotel almost every year for last 13 years and to be honest it is a great hotel. But this time I stayed in was inundated with cigerette steel and weed smell non stop in the hallways and in my room, not just at night but morning and day. I went down to reception to complain as they have signs up everywhere saying No smoking or smoking weed on premise as it's illegal and also 2000 baht fine applies, when I complained at reception I was told ppl are allowed to smoke and smoke weed in rooms now totally ignoring the signs up everywhere. It was all through aircons and bedrooms, hallways. Just really put a damper on our stay. I'm bringing 16 people out from my club in October to do muay thai for 2 weeks and can not bring myself to have them stay here. Will be looking for new accomodation from now on. Such a shame as staff have always been great and accommodating and rooms comfy, but with these new rules of letting ppl smoke in rooms and smoke weed it's ruined it. Sorry ALT nana but lost my business time to look and try other hotels. Thanks for the memories

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Alt Hotel Nana. It was very inexpensive, located in a great location, and had great staff. The breakfast wasn’t very suitable for those with dietary restrictions, but you will be able to eat basics. The room was spotless and they came in and cleaned it everyday. I highly recommend staying here!

Alt nana is very good and very comfortable hotel to stay in. The staff and facilities are fantastic.
The Alt hotel is a two building hotel, the reception and standard rooms in one building, deluxe and suites rooms in seperate building across the street. Stayed for two nights in deluxe suite, clean, large, good value, great stay. On the second night however having been out all day returning to hotel at 7.30pm tired and wet from storm found our building had no electricity, power outage in storm, waited around in lobby as building 1 still had electric till 9.00pm being assured power would return soon, it didn't. By 9.30pm I managed to persuade the reception to allocate me a room (small windowless economy box room) to rest in until power in our building was restored. I was one of the lucky ones by 11..30pm reception was like a refugee camp of guests from building 2 waiting for electric which was finally restored at 4.00am ! Meanwhile the electric went off intermittently in building 1 as well ... . So a hot sweaty sleepless night in a windowless box room having paid for a deluxe suite! The Hotel took no responsibility and refused to even compensate the difference in price between the suite I had paid for and box room I stayed in ...enventually offered an insulting 200 bht (less than £5) refund. I'm guessing this power outage is a regular issue in the rainy season, as the rooms had an unusual feature I have not seen before. Instead of the usual hairdryer, an emergency torch was placed charging on the wall (in every room) So stay at your own risk, don't be surprised if the power goes out and don't expect the hotel to compensate you when it happens!

Pros: Spacious Rooms: The room and washroom were both very spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. Helpful Staff: The staff was lovely and very helpful. Although we stayed on the 8th floor, which requires taking stairs from the 7th floor, trust me its not bad we didnt mind taking the stairs. They also assist with our luggage. Breakfast: The breakfast was good which included eggs made to order, salad, fruits, jams, French toast, croissants, and various bread options. For non-halal options, there were dishes like rice noodles with chicken, ham, and sausage etc. Room Amenities: The bed was comfortable, and we loved the huge windows and balcony on the 8th floor, especially during the rain—it was such a unique experience. Shuttle Service: The complimentary shuttle from Sukhumvit 4 alley to the hotel was a great convenience. they do have Alot of halal restaurants near by we did visit the Arabesque restaurant good food with shisha but food is a expensive and the hotel shuttle use to pick and drop us there. Affordable Laundry: We appreciated the reasonable laundry service prices. Cons: Location: The hotel is located near a busy alley with bars and crowds, which may not be for everyone. However, it’s manageable and doesn’t affect the quality of the stay once you’re inside road of the hotel. Breakfast Variety: While the halal breakfast options were satisfying, we’d love to see a bit more variety in the halal selections. Hot Hallways: The hallway outside the rooms has no AC, so it can get quite warm. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were very happy with our experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit memorable. We’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future!
