Staff were amazing , with special thanks to Mei..he made my stay very pleasant. The free tuk tuk is an added bonus . Deserves 5 star but I'd recommend the management to enforce their non smoking policy especially in the new property . Having a balcony room is no free pass for smokers especially with increase incidence of lung cancer in a Covid endemic period .. Smokers will depreciate the hotel value , pretty fast ; otherwise highly recommended premise and kudos to the dependable staff .

We had a really great stay (7 nights) at Alt Hotel Nana. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast buffet was great, the hotel is in walking distance to Nana BTS, and if you're comfortable with walking about 10 minutes more, you'll find yourself at Asok BTS where Terminal 21 is located, and Pizza Pala Romana, one of my favourite pizzerias/Italian restos. Oh, and the swimming pool was great after a hot day in the City of Angels.

Located in Nana area, close to bars (less than 10 minutes of walking). The BTS station is also not far. The room is large and clean. Used the gym and the swimming pool, pretty good for its level. The staff is friendly. Recommend this place.

The hotel was clean and staffs were welcoming. Breakfast was good. Even though the hotel was a 10 mintues walk to main road. They have free Tuk Tuk service up till midnight upto main road which was excellent. I would staying here again.

Really good place -- kind of hard to find initially but actually centrally located, and the hotel has free shuttle services to get you to the main streets. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful as well. The room we rented was excellent and housekeeping was on-point! There is a spa downstairs that offers room-service massages, and the hotel also offers low-cost laundry services. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We found the Alt Hotel very good, the room was very large and clean, the staff went out of their way to help us, the breakfast was good with a good selection of food to pick from, the tuck tuck was free and dropped us off at Nana Hotel Car park, they operated until midnight and you just had to call for them to collect you. The only downside was it was a little difficult to find the hotel, as it is down a lane way and not very good signs to direct you to the hotel, but once you were there it was easy to come and go We would definitely stay at the Alt Hotel again

The rooms are amazingly large. Some of the furniture are a bit outdated, but these are definitely the best rooms for a reasonable price around Nana. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The hotel has a shuttle tuk-tuk, which drives you to the sukhumvit street, or just to the next 7/11. They have a green program, means not change your linen for one night and you get a coupon for a free drink in the restaurant. I will always book this hotel again.

Great quiet spot in the chaos of Bangkok!”
We loved our stay at Alt Hotel Nana! We had chosen the hotel for our test and go package (day 1 & day 5) and we weren't disappointed! The staff are all so friendly and polite, informative and honest too! They let us know ASAP that we had been put in the wrong room (we had booked a suite) and sorted it out quickly for us. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. The staff really make the hotel! The rooms are clean and spacious also, comfy beds, lovely breakfast spread with good choices and its nice to have the gym/pool option also! Can't say anything bad about the hotel! Maybe that it is further down than we anticipated but that only means you are away from all the noise and able to get a great night sleep! The hotel have their own tuk tuk also to take you to the top of the main street. Thank you alt bana for the wonderful stay!

What makes for a great stay? In my view it begins and ends with the staff. And you'll be hard pressed to find staff more friendly or more dedicated to ensuring a pleasant stay. I would be remiss if I did not mention specifically Pang, who went out of her way to locate my laptop that I had carelessly left in the hotel as I went out for a meeting. I'll be forever grateful to her for that. But also I must mention Joe and Fah who never fail to greet with a smile and who endeavor to do whatever might be necessary to make one grateful for having chosen their facility. One has many choices in Bangkok. I'm always grateful this choice is available to me. Thanks to them all, and their terrific facility (the suite is fabulous) for always making my stay so enjoyable! Let me go over all the goods that made my stay amazing in ALT. Some are simple basic things but many times that what’s make the difference and ALT absolutely deserve good words. I got free battled water every day, they have a coin washer and water refill machine just by outside the hotel, the breakfast was exceptionally satisfying and would fit any type of diet you may choose, the 25 sqmt room is super spacious and big, the refrigerator is spacious and have a freezer too, all amenities and basic toiletries provided and most importantly the hotel staff allowed me to do a reservation change after check in even though the policy isn’t allowing it. The hotel have a free shuttle the basically operates 18hr/7day a week to main road too. Stuff let me do an earlier check in and gave me a breakfast before check in which they definitely didn’t have to. Basically I got positively replied to any request I had. Very high value Strongly recommended

I was a bit surprised for the price that I paid versus the services that I received that exceeded my expectations in every aspects. The hidden secret in Nana”
This is by far one of the most interesting hotels in Bangkok and best value for money. You cannot find a better staff, room cleanliness and amenities. It's discrete, large size rooms with modern features. If you say in Sukhumvit its hidden away and private and seconds away from the main nightlife and restaurant scene in Bangkok. Simply the best.

A nice place with a good price”
Location quiet but close to the train station and vivid streets (the hotel offers a free shuttle to BTS station up to midnight); gentle and helpful staff, especially Joe at the reception (amazingly most of staff speak English); nice, large, clean room, with English TV channels and strong Wifi; wonderful breakfast (caring staff, comfortable seating, and good food). And a good price. I’ll get back here again.
