The choice for the runner”
The location of the hotel is good because the runner can go to Chang inter circuit easily although the street is closed. You don’t need to go to Chang inter circuit so early that will help your body to fit for the race. Next year if I can join Buriram marathon, this hotel is my first choice.

hotel in a good location but not in the middle of the city. They do have hotel transportation that can bring you anywhere even if you out late at night partying they will come back and pick you up...room was very clean and for the price I have nothing to complaint but to say thank you Alvarez hotel !!!

New, fresh hotel with big rooms and a great breakfast buffe with local food. The only downside is that the hotel is located on the outskirts of Buriram.

Not clean Bad reception Good bellboy Nice food”
We reserved 2 rooms and checked in 21:00 pm that we had to ask the staffs for slippers and bath robes after the long journey. In the morning , when we checked out, the reception were not helpful or service mind. her Thai and body language were not nice. Actually, we stayed three nights in Buriram, but this hotel really made us dissappoint to stay more.

Disappointing Place!”
Just barely adequate for a hotel in its price range. We had high hopes for this place but right from the start we were disappointed when check in informed us that since we booked our room on Agoda we didn't have a choice for beds and what they had for us was a room with 2 single beds, since we're a couple that didn't go over well, I pretty much had to demand a room with king bed. I could go on forever about lack of attention to 'small details' but will just mention the unkept pool (un-swimable) and NO HOT WATER in the room, not so friendly staff.

only one thing i dont like about this hotel is a bed was very itchy. room, service were acceptable comparing with its price but i didnt sleep well because there was bedbug in the bed It was too itchy and cause me a bit allergic reaction.

The hotel design was nice and facilities are good enough. But employees no sevice mind!! Maybe they don't know how to work yet. Should training them more than that if you want to continue your business.

Inconsistent hot and cold water in the showers, or no hot water at all. Same with the aircon...hardly adjustable. If you do not have your own transport going out is also an issue. Staff are unable to communicate in English. I would not come back to this hotel

Bad bell boy. The bell boy lead us to the room after we checkin around midnight, we gave the tip and asked him 3 times to make sure for the wake up call at 5:30am as we need to get a flight early morning. And no wake up call!!!! We left w/o BF with very disappointed as asked him to do simple job but it seem no-one really care.

OK, with a few issues”
Overall the place was OK, the room was clean, the bed was serviceable and the bathroom was mostly OK. However, there was an ant infestation in the bathroom, the shower water suddenly ran hot for no reason (almost burnt me) and the sauna was not working. The restaurant was average, but filled with mosquitoes which made it hard to relax after a long day. So good value for money and OK, but far from perfect.

I percieved the bad service from hotel staff, when i had breakfast, many tables were dirty while the staffs kept talking And all kitchenware was not in the good condition, if u except to percieve a good service quality, dont ever come this hotel!!
