I checked in the room late for 5 hours but the room is not ready such as electric current is not working and they took 30 minutes to fixed it up, not a good impression

The Staff is very kind person and helpful Facilities are include hotel that feel like I buy Amari hotel in cheaper price. We have a great time with our friends the room including mini kitchen but very useful. everything is perfect but we cannot use Wifi due on date. Must contact with staff for key in other place that very far from here.

The service apartment we stayed in was not very large for 3-4 persons, but it was very comfortable, clean and child friendly. so if you stay here you are also eligible to use all facilities of the hotel including the hotel pool, restaurants, beach lounge, spa, kids club etc. The pool at the condominium is by itself very nice and quiet with a large children's pool area that is pretty shallow and safe. The beach is a short walk or a short cart ride away with a very relaxing beach lounge and a super clean beach. The only drawback about the stay was that it was not equipped with the usual bathroom amenities (shampoo/soap/etc) like you would find in most hotels, there were not enough towels (especially for the pool, unless you use the hotel pool with towel service), and the room does not get cleaned daily. In terms of location, it is walking distance to Village market (a mall) and Cicada market and access to various local restaurants. Staff are friendly very friendly. Overall, it was a good stay and great value for money.

ห้องสวยนอนสบาย สระว่ายน้ำก็สวย สงบดี เป็นคอนโดไม่ใหญ่มาก พนักงานที่คอนโดดีมาก อาจเพราะเป็นคอนโดของ รร อมารี เตียงนุ่มมาก หมอน ผ้าห่มดี แต่ผ้าเช็ดตัวขาดๆ มีจานช้อนแก้วน้ำครบ ห้องน้ำใหญ่ดี น้ำไหลแรงและความร้อนดี โดยรวมคือห้องดีมากนะ แต่มีปัญหาเรื่องต้องไปรับกุญแจอีกที่แล้วไม่ได้มีพนักงานอยู่ตลอด ต้องโทรตาม

ค่อนข้างแปลกใจกับคำว่าServiced Apartmentที่ไม่มีบริการอะไรให้เลยนอกจากจากส่งมอบและคืนกุญแจห้องไม่มีการทำความสะอาดระหว่างการเข้าพักเครื่องใช้พื้นฐานมีเพียงผ้าเช็ดตัว4ผืน ไม่สามารถขอความช่วยเหลืออะไรได้เลยจากโรงแรมนอกจากให้ติดต่อกับต้นทาง ราคานี้ตัดสินใจพักโรงแรมดีกว่าและอาจจะได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า..ผิดหวังมากกกกก
