The onsen is with a nice view in our room in 6/F, which is wonderful and memorable. The food in breakfast court is delicious too.

The location was just in short walking distance from Amanohashidate station. Book the room in high floor if you want the panoramic view and if stay in winter I would like to recommend the crab course Kaiseki.

all fine except food”
Breakfast is included in the fee. It’s absolutely horrible. It’s a shame. I’ve visited the hotel twice. 1st time they offered a low quality buffet. Many choices of low quality saltiness. My last visit,, a bento box of their choosing. I almost could not eat it. I’m amazed how hotels provide such horrible quality food to clients.

Close to ferry terminal and convenient to explore the main attractions of amanohashidate by foot. Hotel room with en-suite bathroom. Hard to find restaurants for dinner as most close early. Dinner at hotel is pretty pricey.

Great Resort!”
It is perfectly located in the center of the town with a few minutes away from the bus/train stop and close to the key attraction points in town. The hotel is well equipped with some high quality onsen facilities, good restaurants and souvenir shop. The room I stayed was nice and clean; it has everything you needed.

The hotel location is superb but the dinner set is a ripped off. I’ve been trying for more than 10 kaiseki in onsen ryokan around Japan and this one is the worst. In this small town there is a limited restaurant open after 6PM so make sure you plan your dinner well. Onsen is a bit worn out but still nice. Sea view room on the first floor is new, clean and very comfortable. Staff is very helpful and they also have the language translation machine. Breakfast is nice variety of local fish but it all the same everyday.

We drove there . But, it is @Good location near train station. Place is clean n dinner is super. We were there for 3 nights. Well pampered with different good dinner . The starter drink is nice. Nevertheless, not enough ha. We always paired with sake. Breakfast a bit disappointing though. boring as same food over 3 days

Bad reception staff”
My girlfriend n me arrived late evening from Tottori to this hotel . The two mid age gentlemen manning the reception was the most unfriendly people we ever came across . We ask for recommendation for a nearby restaurant but was shown an onsen instead . The hotel lake environment , onsen and big room is really nice . So unfortunate to be spoil but such uncaring front liner . My girlfriends called this hotel souless - lacking the human touch . A pity

just across the road from the station. room is spacious. the onsens are awesome - they switch the men and female spa in the morning so you get to enjoy both. the breakfast offer a good range of food - more on the japanese side though.

An excellent hotel with wonderful sea view. It is located next to JR station and bus stop that are very convenient for sightseeing. Room is very big and clean. Breakfast is excellent with many choices. Hot spa is great. Highly recommended!!

Unverständlich bleibt, dass man bei der Buchung von 3 Nächten und dem aussersaisonalen sehr knappen Gastronomieangebot abends im Hotel nicht essen konnten. Auch nicht im Partnerhotel, wo man uns hinschickte, obwohl es auch dort ‚ausgebucht‘ war. Das Personal schien sehr uninformiert. Die Sanitäranlagen im Zimmer sind veraltet bzw. Warmwassermischer funktionierte am Waschbecken nicht. Das ganze für einen stolzen Preis!
