Near to a metro station, few blocks from the city center. Very clean and a great place to stay! The old building is a charm. We love the stay. I really recommend. Great experience!

First time solo traveler”
I picked this location soley because it was nearby all the transport stations (Termini rail station, Metro and Airport shuttle pickup station) all 10mins walking distance, so it was easier to go back and forth. The Hotel was in the centre of a lively road which made me feel safe walking around at night (as it gets darker earlier in December). Some of the main squares are at a 15mins walking distance. It was clean to a good standard and staff were polite & spoke English which was very helpful. I originally thought the breakfast included was a buffet system but you get given a tray of your preferred breakfast to your room in the morning. It would have been nice to have milk sachet available for the tea/coffee that was out in the small communal kitchen area. The view from the window was abit dull as its just the back of the other apartments but if your not so bothered about that then overall it was a nice little private guesthouse.

Amaranto Romano was the perfect haven for a quick stay in Rome. It made me wish my stay was longer! The space is clean, has great amenities, and the self-serve breakfast and tucked-away locale made it feel like I was a local, popping out for a stroll. It's on my list for the return trip--whenever that may be!

This hotel is in great location with Metro and bus stops only a few minutes away. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Helpful and nice staff who were happy to answer all my questions. I'd love to come back again with Amaranto Romano.

Great Location & Wonderful Stay”
Our hosts, Edoardo and Luisa were extremely hospitable and helpful. We were able to ask them how to get there (all the must sees in Rome) and restaurant recommendations and they were always spot on. Our room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and very secure to get in and out. If arriving in Rome by train it is a very short walking distance to your accommodation, so no need for taxi. Would definitely stay there again.

Better than a hotel”
We loved the breakfast arrangement. You can help yourself in the lobby and take the tray back to bed. Set in a private apartment it was very quiet away from all the traffic yet very convenient to walk to the station and to all the main sites. When in Rome, live like the locals....

Fantastic from the welcome onwards...”
Wonderful stay in a very very friendly hotel. Greeted with a smile and showed to my room. The location is 10 minutes walk from many main attractions and 5 minutes from the train station. The views are wonderful from the room and the room, while basic, has a lovely charm about it. Found some excellent "local" restaurants within a few streets of the hotel.

Apartment was clean and everything good except we needed better heating. Building heater was not functioning. However, staff sourced for portable heater and helped resolved the cold.
