The best hotel in heart of Pratunam”
I cant find a single fault with this hotel as every touchpoint was seamless, complete with the impeccable hospitality from all staff. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Its well equipped with amenities and even tea from TWG which was impressive. The location is perfect for shoppers as there are numerous malls and markets just a stone throw away (Platinum Mall opposite, Pratunam Market, Central World, Big C, and a slightly longer walk to Siam) Everything is accessible by foot and you dont have to take a train or grab unless youre going further like Jodd fairs market or other malls.

Exceptional”
Best hotel in Bangkok for me. Location is great if you love to shop and eat delicious street food. Very near shopping centres and Big C supermarket. You can easily get a tuktuk or taxi in the area or if you prefer to walk, you can also get to Chit Lom and Siam via Skywalk which is just across the road. Staff are so nice, friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and spacious. The bed is SOOO comfortable and perfect to sleep in after a long day of going around the city. Buffet breakfast is extensive and delicious. This is my 2nd time staying here and I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel again and again.

Strongly recommend if you are visiting Bangkok ”
Location is great, opposite Platinum Fashion Mall and within walking distance to Big C super Center and Centralworld. Staff service in the hotel is very consistent throughout (from check in to breakfast to check out). Kudos to the staff who served us and bell boys who helped us to load up the luggage to the car. Room is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The two bedroom suite comes with washing machine + dryer. Very satisfied with my stay. Will book Amari again if I’m visiting Bangkok.

Superb stay”
We had a superb 3-night stay at Amari Watergate. The wonderful experience started from the moment our Grab car was directed off the busy traffic into the drop off point. It was a very welcoming feeling when we were greeted with smiles and seamless assistance by the porter. We were served warmly and promptly at the check-in by Ms Poyly. These marked a great start to our holiday. The awesome and consistent service was experienced throughout the stay, throughout the hotel, including at the dining gallery, with the housekeeping, etc. The room was also very clean and looked pretty new or well maintained. Everything was just great! :)

Fabulous hotel newly renovated ”
Location is amazing , the Staff are super helpful . Very clean and newly renovated. We got a huge suite for a great price with club access. The only thing that was disappointing was the club breakfast. They didn't have the noodle station or congee station. It's probably because limited space. I suggest to have soup noodles a la carte on request.

Great as usual”
A return trip to Thailand after covid and the service is still as good as the previous times. Prior to our arrival, I requested for birthday cake to celebrate my husband's birthday and the hotel gladly took in our request. Upon arrival, the cake was prepared on the wrong date but we had no problem with it since they provided it out of goodwill. To our surprise, they had prepared another cake on the actual day even though we did not make a new request. 5 stars on the hotel's attentiveness. The room was fine except for the sound proofing and lighting. You could near flushing from your neighboring rooms (doesn't really bother us). More lightings could be added in the bathroom as well. Breakfast could also be serve in a better way. Seems like the actual dining floor is under renovation and they used the meeting floor as a temporary area. During breakfast peak hours, there will not be any host ushering you to your seat, it's free seating style. Because of such arrangements, we have people taking over our seats while we were away to grab food. Better improvement needed on this part. Else, this is a great hotel if you love shopping. Staff are friendly and always ready to help. Would choose to return to this hotel for future trips.

If you are looking for hotel near platinum mall this is the one. Very close to platinum, and central world ( 5 mins walk) and 10 mins walk to siam square. Love the new renovated looking interior , sleek and clean. I will come back absolutely.

Great hotel! Great location! ”
This hotel exceeded our family’s expectations! Had a wonderful stay here. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The lobby and facilities are great! The room was big and very clean! The location is prime because it’s right across Platinum Mall and maybe just 5-10 mins from other shopping malls. My fiancé even had a suit made from one of the tailor shops he found in the hotel!

Location is excellent just across to Platinum Shopping Mall. Siam square area is accessible via Skywalk, cut through CentralWorld and connect to another Skywalk. Hotel room has no USB port though. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Comfortable bed & feathery pillows! Staff service was great; from front desk, housekeeping to the maintenance staff when we had a power trip in the room. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Ease of transportation. Many option for food in the hotel! (Check out Amaya and Prego) Walking distance to great spread of local food and shopping at Pratunam Shopping mall. Walking distance to Shopping mall such as Siamworld and BIG C. GYM is clean and they offer different classes such as yoga, circuit class on specified time.

Stayed a total of 5 nights, check in and check out was a breeze. Staffs was polite and helpful! Really love the hotel, spacious and clean. Toilet is a plus point as it has 2 basin! I will come back again if I were to come Bangkok. Totally recommended, you won’t regret :)

First time staying at Amari and the experience exceeds expectation. Room was clean and huge. Housekeeping was good. Thank you for the hand drawn card and decorations. Really sweet gesture from them. Front counter staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Definitely will be my top choice when I come back Bangkok in the future.

Very fast checked in process and they even allowed me for early checked in. All staff are very friendly. Very big and cleanness room, me and my husband and my daughter love their softness bed and pillow so much,very comfortable. Good location as it located next to Platinum Mall and just a walking distance to Platunum as well. Have to try out thier SPA at 8flr, very good and relaxing + good customer service. Thks to all staff for good and friendly customer service. We will come back again very soon.

This was our 4th stay at the hotel, and must say that it’s only gotten better. Breakfast was excellent, room was clean & nice. Location is bang opposite Platinum mall, & Central mall is 5 mins away.. so if you wanna shop, it’s the best property to stay at!

Awesome Location”
Awesome location but just have to be aware of the prime location jam as we travelled around via grab and often got caught in bad traffic. Breakfast is awesome, cleanliness is good, comfortable bed but not the pillows, staff were very nice and polite. We had an awesome stay :D

Hotels rarely leave a good impression on me, but this one ticked all the boxes. All the staff went beyond their roles, from helping me get a pram down a couple stairs, keeping aside a box of fruit loops for my daughter and many unexpected gestures. The buffet breakfast is the biggest I’ve seen and you’re spoilt for choices. The pool was a nice temperature and good for both babies and adults (there’s a baby pool). I’ve read others mention the pool was cold but I didn’t experience that at all. Our one bedroom corner suite was very spacious which is great when you have two children under 4yo. The hotel has a 7/11 next door and across the road. Platinum mall is also across the road, this is more of a wholesale market and not a shopping centre. There’s a covered walkway to get CentralWorld and some other buildings. The executive lounge breakfast isn’t as big as the main breakfast area but it’s much quieter. I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel. Memee and Patty were very friendly so a special shout-out to them.
