    Clean and convenient”

    Nice, well-kept newish hotel near the airport. Have stayed here twice. Small but works well for transit or for meetings. Staff are helpful; the restaurant is pretty good, and Grab knows where it is!!

    Love the location”

    I stayed in this hotel on my transit to Jakarta and I enjoyed it. I particularly love that all foods only a minute a way, they even have a nice coffee shop next to lobby, which I can enjoy food and drink and work until late (I left about 10pm and I dont know what time they closed, 11pm maybe? Forget to ask). Overall the room is okay. I wished the staff in restaurant, especially the egg station during breakfast can be more helpful. They need to learn how to request guest to line up when order and remember whose order is which.

    Great Value for Money”

    Next to Surabaya's main train station, which is very handy if you're getting the train. The trains can be a little noisy, it didn't bother us, but if you're a light sleeper ask for a room on the other side from the train station. Everything is old and faded, but clean - except for the kettle which is badly stained. The rooms are big and comfortable and the water wonderfully hot. There's a shopping centre 5 minutes walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful.

    Great for quick choice”

    The hotel is a bit far from airport. Easy to find transport, too bad there's no airport pickup. It is next to a supermarket, so its convenient. There's Excelso cafe just at the lobby and KFC nearby, so you wouldn't have to go too far for food. Due to the month of Ramadhan, they facilitate early breakfast for 'sahur' so it really helped.

    THE STAFF VERY SLOW”

    i booked this hotel via AGODA. i called the Hotel about 1 months before departure, and 3 days before departure too. But when the day has come, none of my room ready to served. i've to wait maybe 3-4 hours before check in. it supposed to be 2 PM and i check in about 5 PM which is that day is my Wedding Day! but after all, the room is clean, but most of the sofa on bad condition, the food is awful, and the staff unpolite.

    Room soundproof”

    The room was ok but the concern is when we want to take a rest the wall i think don't have the soundproof so the people who walk in and talk outside the room really disturbing us. So hopefully the management can consider about this. Because everything was fine just only the noise from outside even from beside room very annoying.

    Worth it”

    Very strategic location, less than 25 minutes from Airport. There's also coffee shop ontm the property. Supermarket and gift shop are also within walking distance. For moslem traveler there's a Masjid near by.
