-We require Php 1000 Security deposit (to be return upon check out) -Smoking inside the premises is NOT allowed. A penalty of 1,500 will be charged. -No Liquors, No drugs and No parties inside the property. -No pets allowed inside the property. -Check-in time is 2:00 pm-7:00 pm and check-out time 12 noon. Please contact host of your arrival time so we could arrange an assigned staff to assist you upon check in. -Early check in/late check out is subject to approval of the homestay if room is available. If room is available there is a early check in/ late check out fee of Php 150/hour -Keys must be returned upon check out. -We do basic cleaning of rooms only. Changing of linens and towels is done every after three days for long term stay or upon request. -No bringing of towels and slippers outside the premises. -Lost towel charge Php 500 and very dirty towel Php 100 -We are happy to provide basic coffee and hygenic supplies for added convenience on your first day of stay. -Extra persons is charge Php 350. Children below 9 yrs. Old are free. -Lost or damaged key is charge Php 500- Php 1,800. -Charge on any hard stains found on blanket or towel is Php 1,000. -Charge on any stains on beds and mattress is Php 1,000 -No visitors after 10 PM. Please inform host the name and time of visit. -Kindly keep the main entrance door closed all the time. -This is an environment friendly space. Please switch off TV, air-conditioner, lights and faucet when not in use. -Please put TV and aircon remote controls in the proper place before check-out. -For Rubbish disposal, please use the trash bin that is located inside the room. No throwing of toilet papers, napkins & etc in the toilet.
