4. This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the "Promotion Eligible" banner on the search results page.
5. The promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
6. The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
7. The promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, privileges or promotions (unless otherwise specified).
8. The qualifying and participating Cardholders are bounded by the terms and conditions of Agoda and AmBank.
9. In case of dispute, the collective decision of Agoda and AmBank shall be final.
