Nice English country-side inn neat Heathrow”

If you've get tired from indisntinctive business hotels near Heathrow then Ambassador is right choice for you. This is small family-run inn at 10 minutes drive from Terminal 5 with ambience of British house - fireplaces, soft furniture, old tapesrty etc. Rooms are small and furniture is not very new but all facilities are there and in operational mode. Each room has its own name. Very friendly and professional staff.

Not enough time to explore the lovely hotel”

It was a shame that i arrived late at night and leave early for my morning flight. It is just about 20 minutes by bus to Heathrow Terminal 4... There are plenty of restaurants open till 2300 and a 24 hours supermarket on the main street. I got the 'moody room'.. yes.. each of the room got a name not just numbers... once entered the room i feel like i am in an old granma's british house with modern bathroom and amenities... there are 4 big windows where you can decide the temperature of the room and there are lovely throw and pillows on the bed... they provide a powerful hairdryer also... everything is lovely, just I did not have much time to explore.... will definitely come back if i have the chance...

Great little hotel”

Stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base into Central London and Richmond. 5mins walk to over ground train, plenty of trains into London from here. Local shops and pubs 5 mins away. Nice decor in hotel, quiet and comfortable. Had dinner here one night and although the menu was small the food was very nice. Breakfast was expensive in relation to the pub around the corner but overall I would definitely use this hotel again.

Very nice cosy room ”

My stay at the Ambassador was very good since it was for an overnight connecting flight. Staff was very helpful with the transport back to the airport in the morning. Hotel in quiet are also

If you want a Guest House, then great! If you are expecting a hotel...”

If you knew you were getting a quaint little guest house in suburbia, then this is the place for you. Very pretty and nicely set up! However, I booked this place at the last minute thinking it was a hotel near Heathrow with all the basic airport hotel amenities. We drove up the street a few times before we realised that this place was the hotel. Getting to the front door, it was locked and after knocking a few times, a harried and moody caretaker lady opened it - not the best greeting in the world but she got friendlier as we spoke and she checked me in. Look, it's a nice little house in a suburban area with quaint little rooms, quiet location, and I was glad I paid for an Executive room, so at least I have my own bathroom and working desk. If you are expecting a hotel with the usual amenities that that provides, then you are best to look elsewhere.

Apartment and a double room is apart but quality is good”

The 2-storey apartment is well-facilitated. If one thing to be picky is that there are no face towels. There are free facilities like dish washing machines and charger converters. Plate and utensils are clean. One thing might be inconvenient is that the apartment is a 5 minute walk from the service counter. But the staff is so helpful with a positive attitude despite I request for a refund for a double room due to the distance apart from that room and the apartment and even if he cant do the refund for me.

A little gem”

Very cosy rooms, exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. Breakfast was great value. The garden was a beautiful setting. Generally speaking, a bit out the way but the ideal location for the purpose of my visit and shops/food etc all a very short walk away.

one night stay ”

It does what is says on the tin , good value for money Close to the airport , which is why we chose it , last place to stay after a long trip around the uk. Close to the high street for quick bites. Cleanliness needs work , the balcony was full of rubbish & the appartment in general , while not dirty , was not pristine. Spacious and no problem fitting a family of 4 plus one infant Kitchen is well fitted out There was no coffee , tea , sugar etc complimentary Dean was great to deal with , check in & out easy , helped with booking cars for our airport trip and arranges a cot ( at a cost ) for the appartment

Small room”

The room is clean and I like the decor.I reached the hotel late night and it was difficult to locate the hotel as there was no light outside the hotel door. I was lucky to have helpful driver who managed to find the hotel.

nice hotel but not when you have heavy lagguage”

parking was a problem, they do not have enough parking spaces in front of the hotel, i would say thats a house, so if you have heavy lagguge it is not advisable to stay in this hotel, unless you requested for a room on the first floor.

Great Place to Stay but check if you have a parking space”

When looking for a place to stay I looked for one with parking. To my horror when I arrived the 3 spaces in front were taken. Although better parked there could of been 4. I was informed by a member of staff that I would have to park in a side street. This marred my whole experience. I was told by the owner in the morning that he would of moved his car! I advise that if taking a car, ring in advance and book your space. Accommodation, and food were great.

Pleasant stay”

I'd have love it if I could stay longer. Friendly staff-pleasant Filipino gal, nice English breakfast, beautiful lil garden. 5 min walk away from Feltham train station (have to check for train availability though via nationalrail website, else a bus replacement to Twickenham station is there every 10-20 mins). I would certainly come again.

was a great stay, really close to restaurants and public transportation. room is a little small but you get what you paid for.
