Hotel is located right across from the beach. We had a room with balcony facing the ocean. The room was very nicely decorated and clean. Initially we had a problem with the shower water flooding the bathroom on 2nd floor. However, hotel management took very well care of us. They moved us to 3rd floor right away. Mr. Bhagyanath and his team were very kind and accommodating. The restaurant downstairs was awesome. Breakfast was great. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the food so much that we had lunch and dinner there as well. I'd highly recommend Amber Beach Hotel if you are planning a relaxing vacation in Male or HulHumale .

I stayed lots of places in Hulhumale. I went here from my friend’s recommendation. My first visit, I stayed at partial sea view, it was really partial tho 😂 The staffs are very attentive and kind. Red snapper restaurant, I have visited more than 20 times. Always the best. I stayed Huvan beach and Amber beach both, but Amber beach is much much better. I will come back again if I need to stay in Hulhumale

The hotel is newly open. Very clean and comfy. Nice room and great location, Like their breakfast buffet ideas and airport transfer including in the package. Definitely will come back for another stays. Perhaps next month ? Thanks for the services and hospitality.

Clean hotel with good service”
Had a very good stay at this hotel. The hotel manager and the rest ot the staff are very polite and friendly. Breakfast is good. The room is clean, big and comfortable. Hulhumale is a better place to stay for 1 or 2 nights as a transit between islands and airport, as compare to male city in my opinion. Thanks for the pleasant stay, will stay here again next time!

The manager Mr Baghy was extremely helpful and approachable. Originally scheduled for one night but extend to 3 nights. Staffs from receptionist to room boy are very courteous. Clean rooms and nice environment at this hotel. Perfect location in front beach area. Totally recommended Thank you

There are worst hotels elsewhere”
Not so bad. The room was basic but acceptable. I have stayed in a room with worst conditions in Lonuveli Hotel down the road with cockroaches, broken safe boxes, TV with "no signal", foul odor in the toilet that this place seemed like heaven! You pay USD10 for the breakfast, optional, and it was a much better breakfast than the free breakfast at Lonuveli!

Not How It Appears Online”
The Amber Beach Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is not too far from the airport and only took 10 minutes in the taxi costing $5.00.Those are the positives. The hotel is across the street from a local beach. There were a lot of people there (Tuesday). They all left their trash all over the place! The area did not feel safe at all. The door to our room looked as if someone had broken into it (as did the one next to us) and the bolt lock would not work. We used the lock on the door and placed a table I. Front of the door. It was very noisy. You could hear anyone outside in the very small hall space and people talking in their rooms. Also know that if you think you can get a nice dinner with a glass of wine, this is not possible here.

Practical hotel by the beach and close to the airport ”
The hotel is not far from the airport. It’s about 15 min on taxi. Taxi is normal transportation in Male. The hotel is by the beach. The local like visiting for activities. Many restaurants and cafe are around. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I ask them sometimes to ring the taxi.
