Great value, spacious room”
I booked this hotel at the last minute for a stay one in one night, and the prices were still very affordable! The most affordable in this area! Our room was quite large and both it and our bathroom were very clean. The sofa in our room looked a bit old, but everything else was in good condition.

The hotel was not nice at all”
The first too was smoky so we moved to another room. The room was dirty & not well maintained. We plugged in the microwave to use it & started smelling smoke. Then the air conditioner went out & it started smelling like smoke. So we packed up & left & found a decent place to sleep. We would never use them again.

Old and literally falling apart”
The Gables above the drive under at the entrance are completely dry rotted through.Hallway carpets have visible wrinkles. Room walls have unpainted patches. Garbage can lid in breakfast area would make a health inspector blush. This is the kind of place you would expect from a 39.95 billboard add. I could go on ,but need to get out of here......

This is going to be the cheapest hotel in Franklin that is worth staying at. You don’t have to worry if it’s going to be clean or if your things are going to be taken like you do with other hotel in this price range

Bed value for your dollar. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit out dated but they are slowly updating and fixing issues . For 65 a night there not much to complain about as there are plenty of hotels for double the price with half the cleanliness.

If you are looking for a cheap hotel, this is the cheapest in the area. It is in desperate (dangerous) need of repairs. You will not find modern amenities. Half of the rooms electrical outlets are nonfunctioning and the refrigerator is hit or miss. Even in the midst of Covid, you will find subpar cleanliness. Be prepared with your own cleaning supplies and bedbug spray. Where you save in rate you pay for in comfort, security, amenities and often hospitality. Your choice.
