I booked and paid through the app I just found out about. Shortly after arriving at the location of the hotel, the man that worked there at the window blew me out of the water once I approached! Hey completely made it obvious and clear with his body language and especially with his eyes that he did not want to be disturbed and he did not want to help me whatsoever! A woman had to take over eventually after he attempt to help with condescending attitude that was not going nowhere in the first place. I am not a confrontal person and for many years I've been keeping my anger at Bay, yet he had challenged me that day like no other! Even then the woman, was not better either! After she found out my name was not on the reservation and I attempt to contact the app customer service number and the chat box on the app that I booked the hotel under and it only gave me error messages or it just looped me into automated person on the phone to the point where it hangs up on me. I had no way of getting a hold of this app at the time that I need them the most! I we're never ended up able to stay the night there after all.. that woman end up kicking me out back in the heat shortly after I fell trying to contact this app for help on why she couldn't see what name I reserved it under! She wouldn't even let me stay to see if it may eventually pop up but no! She kicked me out!! I even showed her evidence that I paid and booked a reservation way prior to my arrival too! So what happened and why I couldn't get a refund?! I was super super kind and considerate as well with being completely understading with all she said the when the despite on how I really was feeling and or thinking. I learn to not act at the get of the moment. So please, if you would not mind to let me know what can be done?

I forgot my blanket and memory foam pillow after checking out. I called several times asking if the housekeepers could leave my belongings with the front desk so I could pick them up after 6:00 pm when I get off work. Not a chance! They demanded that I be there during the work day so the housekeeper could unlock the room where they must store personal belongings. Only if I am there personally to point out my belongings can they then let me have them. Problem with that is I called this hotel a few hrs after checking out and told them the room number and the exact place in the room I had forgotten my blanket and pillow. With a description. There is no way the housekeeping staff did not find my belongings in the exact room I rented and not know which customer these items belong to. There is NO reason whatsoever that they could not leave them at the front desk so I could return to pick them up. I called them 3 times, one person told me they would tell the housekeeper to leave my belongings at the front desk. Assuming this was going to be done, I drove all the way out to the hotel to retrieve my belongings only to find a rude and unaccommodating man behind the front desk. I informed him that I was told that my belongings would be left at the front desk and demanded to know why he was saying no. Instead of trying to be helpful he started glaring and yelling at me to stop being so rude! Obviously this individual is unfamiliar with how customer service should work. Basically, my belongings were kept by this hotel and no indication at all from the staff there that they would even try to help me get my expensive pillow back. My blanket was also of sentimental value. I will not be using this hotel again. Nor will I recommend anyone use this hotel. It’s one thing to get robbed but it’s quite another to have to deal with such a rude and complacent staff person.

Stayed here a few nights due to location but it was nasty smells like cigarette everywhere and rooms are dirty. They don’t clean the floors you can feel the springs on beds so it’s hard to sleep

I want to like this place but the day office manager is a very unlikeble person who brings down the entire establishment. There is no choice of linens in the restroom and the A.C. barely works.

This is not a hood place to be at on top of the hotel staff being rude, not giving items found in room back, extremely dirty, fridge leaking everywhere and still dirty from people before like 3 channels to watch and horrible wifi the cops where there removing a bf and gf that got in a fight, people jumping over the fence and shady people walking around definitely not a place for kids. I definitely would say only in a state of emergency to stay here the room also reeked of smoke. You could also tell the staff didnt care about the customers and were very rude.

House keeping was rude and after waking me up, (which was fine they were making their scheduled rounds) insisted I needed to go to the front office after telling me it was time to check out. I had 4 more days already paid for. Not only that, they did not clean my room at all (I know because I left for a couple days and bed was still unmade) and I found large bugs in my room.

Far from tidy and it's roach/bug infested”
I advise anyone who book this hotel to check their room IMMEDIATELY after checking in. We arrived to Dallas late so we just checked in and went to get food first so we wouldn't have to leave back out. Wrong move because by the time we got back to hotel and saw how nasty it was, we checked out but was denied a refund because it had been over 45 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one.
