              It was clean and good service. Had a few Bumbs hanging out in the parking lot that made it feel a bit creepy and unsafe but over all it was a decent place to stay. I would stay there again.

              The staff is very rude When me and my family can to get a room they look us up and down and said they can't give us a room. So I made a reservation with them and they tried to cancel it and try to make me pay a deposit.

              It's located close to NW Hospital, but the non smoking rooms still smell like smoke. Outlets are a fire hazard, reserved a King room, but they have us a double queen instead. The staff has no clue how to operate their computers, couldn't even get a final bill. This hotel seems more like a "pay by the hour" hotel.

              Free breakfast - it wasn't much, but what there was, was good.

              Hotel is in a nice location for restaurants and shopping locations such as Wal-Mart. It is a bit further of a drive to downtown Houston than I had anticipated. With that said, it still wasn't too far, maybe 20 - 25 min.

              NOTHING WORKED”

              THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST. THE POOL WAS CLOSED. THE ICE MACHINE IS OUT OF SERVICE. THE WASHER AND DRYER WAS OUT OF SERVICE. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH YOUR FAMILY DO NOT STAY HERE.
