        cleaning ladies were friendly
        I’ve stayed at this property before and i so t know if it was that room or what but it did not feel clean there was cigarette burns on the sheets the pillows were stained the tub was strained the walls were covered with spills it did not fill clean. we were given two towels and two wash clothes and were told i couldn’t get more because the hotel was at max capacity even though i booked for four people.

        Super 8 was the best! They accommodated me after driving four hours for a funeral.”

        Nothing!!!! Arrived there and was told I was red flag. I have not stayed in the hotel for years so I was confused. I explain that to the person at the counter to which he states I could not stay. Fine. I went and stayed at another hotel far better quality than American best.
        Staff, cleanliness and customer service was horrible. Never booking there again.

        The room stinks and it was dirty and has old nasty furniture in the room that are fallen apart. Bed is very uncomfortable mattress sits on a metal frame like a pull out couch. We evacuated due to Hurricane Ida and we had 2 service dogs they was very rude about them and charged us 40.00 more for our 2 day stay for the dogs and asked to see proof of the dogs papers, I said we did'n have them we left that at home. I would not ever stay there again. They go around with a shopping cart like you get groceries in picking up dirty towels and sheets. Bedspread has burnt holes all in it, sheets have stains on them. You can't enter the lobby the door is locked you have to do business thru the night window. They need to be put out of business.
