Way too much money for too little!”

Pros: It's close to Niagara Falls state park (it literally took less than 10 minutes to get there), there's a Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks right across the street. Cons: WAY too expensive!! The room was a decent size, but there wasn't anything special about it. The carpet was dirty and the room smelled old and musty. The fire alarm went off because someone was burning inscents (we believe was the reason). Everything was pretty outdated! We were extremely disappointed with this place for the price that we paid. Most hotels were booked up, so we down to a few options. I'm grateful we got a room, but for that price I'd expect a great view, room service, cleanliness, etc... I would never stay here again!

The room was disgusting; I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean it before I could unpack or use ”

The bathroom ; the bed was covered in hair, the a/c didn’t work I had to buy a fan ; the front desk never answered the phone we had to walk to front desk and ask for a chair for our room and they made us carry it up 3 floors by ourself .. totally will NOT recommend and will not go back there .. I mentioned that it was our Anniversary and they didn’t say anything!!! 2 thumbs down ps your review forced me to atleast give 1 star but I do not give any stars

They were never washed there was a coffee cup that was thrown at the back of the brochures I said there for the entire the rooms were dirty construction worker being done the breakfast doesn’t open until 730am. The staff member that supposed to be at the front desk and most of the time outside and didn’t answer the phone

价格和位置是可以的，但房间内的设施不行，连个纸巾都没有，热水要开水半小时以后才有，打电话去前台永远没人接，而且前台永远是服务人员10分钟后回来的牌子。房门卡用了一次后就不能开门了，毛巾上还有别人的头发或黑点。不值得推荐。
