All the staff were rated 100% satisfactory. From the housekeeper, maintenance, front desk, dining room staff and shuttle driver have a nice pleasing personality and accommodating. All staff provided the best service needs. Location are close to the airport and surrounding restaurant or food chain. I'll recommend this to everyone.

A little bit run down, but it has a very large spacious double room suite. Was close to the car rental, airport & plenty of restaurants just beside and across the road. So it's best you forget about the complimentary breakfast. Was only for 1 night.

I've been in the rooms enough to give a decent opinion on this hotel. Expect a decent room, no frills, in need of a remodel motel atmosphere. A few rooms I've stayed in have winter temperature issues which the front desk didn't address satisfactorily. The price in my opinion is about 15% too high for the value you receive. They should be more in the $45 to $55 range for rooms.

Smelled terrible ”
The bathroom and ceiling had red spots that looked like blood. It scared our child. we were in a non smoking room however, it smelled so terrible like smoke it was hard to get acclimated. The price was fair for the location and use if 2 beds.

I arrived the room was nice clean and big TV did not work the cooler Vince need to be changed I called the office they said they'll have someone down there right away I had no TV for the night air conditioner did not work that well because lack of maintenance for this place they seemed like they didn't care because it was nothing importance to them place was good for the value of the money nice hotel clean but it was just the lack of responsibility on the staff up at the counter for not telling the maintenance man so their fourth I was a little upset because of the fact that the TV did not work and they were supposed to send somebody down to look at it and they never did they fail to take care of this on their part

Fairly clean but recommend 2nd or 3rd floor rooms as garbage dumpster right next to first floor rooms. This also attracts homeless people.

Hotel is dated and dirty”
This hotel is not updated and poorly maintained. The rooms are dirty and out television didn’t even work. When we called the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The mattresses were old and worn. The furniture, walls, bathroom showed obvious wear and tear. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Pay a little more and stay somewhere clean.

Disgusting mess of a hotel”
Honestly, I can't believe this place is in business. Of course, they were much cheaper than the surrounding hotels which helps keep them busy but the state of the rooms and facilities are shocking. We had 4 rooms total for 9 of us and all of the rooms were absolutely filthy. Stained walls, dirty sheets, sticky floors...my dad tried to clean a sticky spot on the laminate floor and rag came up black. Our first room didn't lock at all, you could just push the door open. We were moved to a second non-smoking room which smelled like an ashtray with beds in it. After getting moved a third time, the new room had carpet that we were afraid to walk on with bare feet. We slept here for the one night and I could not have done another. TLC? It needs a bulldozer.

They left me stranded at the airport for over an hour and a half. I kept calling and the Lady who answered the phone was very rude. I finally took a taxi to the hotel. The whole place had a very odd smell to it . the only word I can think of is yuck! There were very shady characters living there long-term, the floor of the entire place was filthy, it was just not a good place to stay. Do not go there!

It’s a No. ”
This hotel was disgusting. There were cars in the parking lot on blocks. And another car just broken down in middle of a driving area that looked like it had been plowed around all year. Homeless people all over the parking lot. I had my baby with me and didn’t feel safe so I didn’t even stay. I went down the road to Comfort Suites instead.

Run down and is terrible. Don't even think about staying here. Beds look like they reuse everything without cleaning. Holes in walls. Just run down and needs attention as looks as if no one cares
