The staff were friendly and the property clean. If you are looking for a fancy new hotel, this is not it. But if you just want a clean, quiet place for a great price, this is it. This motel is right by the airport, and I didn't hear a single plane.

The first time I stayed with them the staff was friendly and professional. The 2nd time, not so much. But the 3rd time I stayed (all within 2 weeks), a fire alarm woke us up at 9:00am, 2 hours from checkout. Then, one 1/2 hour from check out the fire alarm went off and magically turned off as we did our final sweep of the room. Additionally, I called for a late checkouts each time (it clearly states if you request a late checkout by 10:30am, you may get up to 1/2 an hour) and was told we only had 15 extra minutes. The staff was RUDE and even if this is the best deal around, I have PTSD and we will not stay or refer any one to any of their establishments.

Out dated, unclean”
Basic linens seemed clean enough, but no thorough cleaning has been done. The room and bath is very out of date and stained throughout. The best part is visiting the adjoined hotel pool and spa.

We weren't sure our time of arrival or how far we would get driving so I had not planned ahead for this night. The plus side, they had a room and it was not priced terribly. However, it was not clean, the bathroom floors were sticky, I'm not sure they clean showers regularly because they were pretty gross. One of the beds had a blanket the other did not. I am grateful they had a room available but if there were another option I would go with the other option.

Get what you pay for. One look at the carpet in the lobby should be enough to alert a guest. It needed vacuuming when we checked in and it needed back to me in the next day as well. The room we had the first night was 2 queen beds and not one chair in the room. The second night when I was forced to stay over, I had a room with 2 queen beds and there were two chairs. The first night we had a room with no blow dryer, the second note the room we had did have a blow dryer. I have no idea since the price was the same for both rooms. It is in a great location but the cigarette smell outside and in the lobby was more than I can do.

We stayed here to be close to the airport. Pros, the rate was the lowest in all of Boise. Cons, the bathroom was not clean, you can smell smoke in non-smoking rooms, and the area is sketchy at night.

Last resort motel”
The air conditioning barely could keep up. Three night stay and no room service two days. Hallways filthy Legs of ironing board broken. Phone missing. kleenex dispenser broken. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. No shampoo or conditioner.

The bed and bedding where good. However the refrigerator was turned on and the TV was set to the wrong input so wouldn't work without finding the right button on the back of the set each time I turned it on. The top of the dresser-TV stand had a sticky spill on it, which did not get cleaned. And the pull out desk had two legs that were broken. The bathroom was functional but is aging and not as thoroughly cleaned as needed. I suggest the cleaning crew looks at the walls around the toilet as well as the toilet seat hinges, and the back of the door. There was no ice bucket in the room and the provided coffee was decaf only. The hallway was beat up, dirty, and dis-repaired. I don't expect an aging, budget hotel to have shiny new amenities, but I do expect it to be functional and clean, really clean.

Got this place on a deal. If you need a place to stay with simple needs, then this place is ok. Don’t expect much from amenities. Place overall is not well kept. Fire alarm went off two nights in a row. Ant problems. If anything good about this place, the location. Airport, Downtown and shopping is not far away.

Shady and dirty”
All guests were maskless. Toilet wasn't cleaned in the room and sheets were stained. No real blanket, just a felt thing. Bed was shorted when it was made. Room smelled like smoke. Weird people all over with barking dogs. Spend the $5-$10 and stay elsewhere.

People walking around at 2am, no security on premises, bad lighting, took awhile to check in, once I got my room (2bed) 1 of the bed was broken, went to get a different room, they gave me a big queen bed, I was so tired, I didn't want to keep going back & forth, my son ended up sleeping on the floor. After settling in at 3am, didn't get enough sleep cuz we had to get ready & check out by 11. Also I was told I couldn't get xtra towels, there is only 1 big towel among 3 ppl, so I had to use my own towels. I also had to keep checking on my car. When I checked in, I didn't know I had to go to different hotel to check in, which is checking in 3 different hotels guests, within the same area nearby. Made it difficult to find, needs to post on check in for all hotels guest that guests needs go to a certain hotel to check in for their hotel they booked. Had to call & I couldn't really understand the clerk. But I wouldn't have had a bad experience if I could have gotten a room I booked for.

We just needed a room for a night so we didn't want to spend to much on a room so we decided on America's best value inn and we regretted as soon as we saw the room... The rooms were dirty, the curtains were torn and ripped, the sheets had rips and tears in them, the pillowcases had stains on them, the remote for the TV was in the refrigerator for some reason. The ice machine was broken, the ice bucket in our room smelt like mildew, The bathroom was gross and dirty, the wallpaper is bubbled and peeling. We didn't even want to use the shower the one night we stayed. We had our dog with us as well and there was a $15 dollar pet fee and the lady at the front desk insisted on us giving her cash for the pet fee, which we thought was kinda odd. I definitely would not recommend this place. I'd definitely spend the extra $30 dollars to stay somewhere else.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after staying here I had no choice. My cautions to you are as follows 1. It is dirty as hell a. Stains on the couch and bed b. Urine and hairs on toilet c. Marks and stains on counters and walls d. Grime and stickiness on nightstands 2. Awful odor 3. Lumpy pillows and sticky sheets 4. Peeling wallpaper 5. Holes in curtains Honestly, it looks like someone bought a hotel, that was probably built in the 80s, and never took the time to replace broken and worn items. I slept with my own blankets on an air mattress, out of necessity. The staff also received a low rating due to their lack of customer service skills and inability to issue a receipt for the stay. 2/10 would not recommend.

Straight out of a horror movie”
Looked like the place had been abandoned for a couple decades and then the junkies moved in. The dumpsters outside were excessively over filled and trash was laying everywhere. There were a number of people gathering in different areas of the parking lot who appeared to be doing drugs. The lighting was dim, the fixtures in the room were shorting out the window curtains were torn and partly missing so there was no privacy. The door into the hallway was broken and just kind of hanging there. After i got my kids laid down to sleep, the building fire alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning that sent us out to the parking lot only to find out it was a false alarm. Definitely the most shady place I've ever stayed.... but the bed was fairly comfortable.

They need better maids”
The rooms are never all that clean and there is a few times no toilet paper also a few times one towel and one wash clothes . most hotels have three towels and three wash clothes and they only put two pillows on a big size California queen size bed where most hotels put like four pillows on a bed that size. They don't vacum like they need too i have found dirt & crums under bed including some ladys underwear that's not and professional for a hotel unprofessional
