main rooms are type "submarine " room inside the block no window, ,but you can rest in noicy aircon freshness. Some rooms face the street with windows , then enjoy the street noice motor bus , jeep klaxons every 2seconds Bed mat in leaderette for easy clean Hotel beside Mac Donald in front of Bus terminal to all cities, walking distance to malls are good facilities

We booked on the same day via Agoda. When we arrived, they were not expecting us.They haven't prepared our room.We had to wait for 10mins for our room .They gave us room 60 which I will never forget.The room was poorly lit. The AC was like fan mode even if it was set at high cool.There was no water coming out from the shower and sink. The toilet and shower area was unclean. My husband got angry, but I stayed calm and talked to the staff. They quickly chose 2 rooms. I saw each room. I chose the room with a good shower and sink. The faucet below the shower wasn't working, but it was fine. The other room was worse, so I took the first one.They replaced the bedsheet and mopped the floors of the room I chose. The AC was not so cold, but it was better than room 60. We got 2 sets of toothbrush, tissue, toothpaste and soap. There was no shampoo, so I called 888 to buy one. It costs P10, but it was ok. After we took a shower, we slept peacefully.We woke up early and drove back to Manila.

Good location just to lay your head”
The location is right smack in the town complex, next to the bus station, 7-eleven, Target Mall, etc. Dont expect too much in the room for the money you are paying. Just a bed with TV and attached shower. Towels are worn out, torn and dirty (or was it supposed to be brown towels??) Bed sheets are not clean also and no blankets provided (BYO-Blankets and BOY-towels next time). Have to use extra bed sheets for blankets. The Air con is strong though. No elevators, so need to use the stairs. This hotel is good for travellers who do not believe in paying an arm or leg when the room is just used to lay your head for the night.

Stay away from this hotel. Yes, it maybe a cheap/econohotel but if you can pay higher that the price of this hotel, just do it. Don’t ruin your weekend vacation by booking a econohotel especially in this hotel. It was a terrible experience. So disgusting rooms. They don’t even changed the beddings. You can smell the sweat of the previous people who stayed in the rooms. Stains in pillow cases and beddings. No toiletries and they only gave us 1 old towel. I would suggest to book an accommodation in SOGO hotel if you really want a cheaper accommodation.

The pictures don't lie--that's all what you get: a bed, a blanket, a towel, a super-small bar of soap, a remote control, a TV, an AC, and a desk with a phone directly connecting to the front desk downstairs. The private bathroom is a vertical space enough for a sink, a shower and the toilet. 2 people can't use the area at the same time. Bellboys don't wear uniform, and sleep on the sofas of the lounging area. They don't have rice meals on stock when we ordered, so my BF had to trek outside to buy fastfood meals. They offer roughly the same rates as Sogo, but the latter offers better services and facilities. Opt for the latter if you can.

it was terrible, dirty and a bad smell every where... on the door was a price list for using the room per hour... so we got it why the bed was mad of plastic... when you looked to the roof everywhere you did see the hard work of the spiders for long time... if you like having fun for only one hour and you are drunk it would be ok... but don't look around...

Nice location but small rooms and high beds”
The rooms were clean but small. This is definitely not a hotel but a motel because it offers short time (3 hrs, 6 hrs, etc) stay which is off-putting. The height of the bed is also not safe.

A lot of tiny cockroaches in the room, tv has only 2 poor channels, no remote, room phone is not working. You can only access on wifi in the reception. I ended up browsing on my laptop beside the refrigerator due to limited outlet. Staff are not courteous except for the lady receptionist.

Pros - room space is okay Cons: - tv is old and volume is not working. Some buttons are missing. No remote. - Toilet and pail dirty. - Blanket smells like it has been in the bed for too long. They did not place new ones. - Very bad water supply. Trust me. Once you take your bath, you will come out with shampoo on your head and shouting for water.

the family room given to us was terrible with filthy sheets and towels. The bathroom had small roaches and the showerhead was nasty with dark spots. We did not even last an hour in this hotel. We thought we could at least leave before sunrise but we changed our mind.
