Stylish & Cozy But .....”
The building design itself is impressive, unique and beautiful. We spent 2 nights but did not have time to enjoy any of the external facilities such as the gymn and pool. The jumbo suite comprised 2 interconnecting rooms whereby each room is well equipped with kitchen utilities, a washing machine, aircond and ironing board. The bigger room has 2 bedrooms, a hall with sofa and dining table but only 1 bathroom/toilet. The smaller room does not have a hall. Overall my friends and I enjoyed our stay. Nevertheless, there are a few issues, some of which can be improved further : (1) CARPARK - the entrance & exit is quite narrow; and the carpark is too dark, need more lightings. (2) ELEVATORS - Long wait at least 5 mins mainly because there are only 3 lifts serving so many levels. The lift lobby @level G is too small as we literally have to queue outside the lobby when there are more than 10 people with luggages waiting for the lifts at the same time. (3) FRONT DESK - No systematic queing system at the 3 check-in counters as guests who came earlier may not be served first if the line which they queued took longer than other counters. Should consider follow the airport check-in approach or use Queue Ticket approach. The front desk area is quite near the entrance glass door, not enough space to facilitate long queues. (4) BEDROOMS - Aircond in the smaller room (Rm 3301) is not cold. After the technician fixed the problem, it was slightly better but not as cold as it should be. Toilet rolls in both rooms were not replenished eventhough the roll was almost finished on our 2nd day. We had to call the reception to get the rolls. Lastly, the single bed in the bigger room is not comfortable, uneven firmness with 1 side of the bed softer than the other.

I was travelling with my wife and children, we ordered the 2 bedrooms suite. At first, they gave us the wrong room, which was not properly cleaned, with wet towels on the bed, after we protest to the receptionist, they upgraded to a different room. Rooms was clean, bathroom was clean, but they forgot to explain about the facilities in the hotel. We were quite confused because of the difference in the hotel websites, and the hotel is actually connected with a resident apartment, and I know they want to separate the service for the residents tenant and the hotel users, which is a discrimination in my opinion. Not until we explored the hotel, we found out that there was a outdoor jacuzzi with running hot water on a separate building, and we were glad that our hotel key can access the door and elevator to that area.
