Amazing stay”
Nothing more then excellent...clean rooms, well maintained interior and the bed was super comfy.. Staffs were truly amazing and they always made it a point to look up and smile... Special mention goes to Ms Piki ( restaurant supervisor) who remembered that i preferred banana and made sure i had it on my table for the morning buffet... Such amazing staffs... The pool was lovely and breakfast was so damn good... Nusa dua is still affected by the covid situation but this Amnaya resort at nusa dua is a gem that you shouldnt miss.. Thanks to all who made my solo trip a wonderful experience and as a solo female traveller i will completely recommend this amazing hotel to any woman who wants to experience bali on her own, completely safe and i didnt awkward at any point of time.. Booked for my parents. They really loved it!”
Due to the pandemic, my parents hold of their travel plan. And this visit to Bali is their first holiday in 2 years. this is our first experience with Amnaya, and we reallyyyy LOVE IT! She booked for 3 nights, but decide to extend the stay for another 4. We really do appreciate the staff friendliness, room cleanliness, and also the hotel design (my father is an architect). Rooms are spacious, food was delicious, beach are just few mins away, pool was clean, and every corner of this property are instagrammable! highlight of the stay are, our parents were really touched when the staff greet them by their name. From lobby staff, house keeping, to security... Thank you, Amnaya see you again very soon.

We loved our stay here (we booked the Amnaya room, with a bathtub). The room was spotless. Really clean, stylish and beautiful, just like the rest of the resort. The Indonesian food was one the best we’ve had and especially the big breakfast was great with lots of choices. The only things that could’ve been better: the pool area looked a bit dated compared to the rest of the hotel, the walls can use some cleaning. And the check in time (3pm) was quite late, so we had to wait 1.5 before we could get in to our room. Would definitely recommend this place, I don’t think you will find anything nicer for this money!

We are lucky to get upgraded to Jr. Suite. The cleanliness of the hotel amazed us. All new & towels, shampoo & shower gel smells soooo good. So spacey with a nice interior. There are so many instagramable corner that you can use for taking pictures. You can reach the beach in 5 min walking too. Also the water sport area in tj. Benoa. The only point that need improvement is the meals. But it is minor & we can gofood anytime anyway! Will be back for sure!!! Thank You Amnaya Benoa 😉

Great Staff”
(+) Clean enough, have lil issue with gecko and the bathtub but they have a great staff that are ready to serve anytime with a quick response. The breakfast menu is tasty and i like how they set up the menu. But most of all Amnaya have a great staff team and it covers the weaknesses of the hotel (but they are not a major weaknesses too). Good job Amnaya team! (-) I stayed at the junior suite in 5th floor with ocean view. I’m expecting a quiet room with quite a peaceful view to enjoy even at its terrace. But sad, apparently the room is facing the main road which quiet noisy if u open the terrace door, and a bit dusty in the terrace with bugs that come and go started at evening. But that’s okay since i can still enjoy the room but not the terrace. But it’s because i dont like insects and dust. If i come back there, maybe would love to choose another view 😀

The best Hotel to stay”
Amnaya Hotel Resort Benoa is the best hotel. the service and friendliness of the hotel staff is extraordinary. The rooms are also spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is also very cozy, and very instagramable. All corners of this hotel can be good photo spots. The hotel is also close to the beach, just walk 2 minutes to reach the beach. near the hotel there is Bhagawan Park, which is very beautiful. The spa in this hotel is also very good!

Excellent value hotel in Nusa Dua”
Hotel was nicely situated in Nusa Dua.. For the price, it's simply one of the nicest hotel you can get in the area that makes you wonder why you would pay 3-4 times as much for other hotels in the area. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The ambiance is serene, and the spa is great too. Pool & Gym is a bit of a walk from the rooms, but not terrible. Breakfast is good. Staff were friendly but could improve check-in times - we were waiting for over 45 minutes to receive our room even though it didnt seem busy at the time we checked in. One important point is that there is no private beach access on the hotel, you have to exit the hotel and walk a few minutes to hit the beach. Overall, an excellent value and one we'll consider again when we return to Nusa Dua!

Great Value, Great Hotel”
We stay in this hotel for a night. The hotel design was so great, for a budget hotel (corona rate maybe). I choose this hotel because a week earlier we visit pur friend here. And yes, we are impressed. Thats why we choose this hotel and we made a right choices. I forgot the name (not sure if is mr kadek or nyoman) the security who escort us, pick up our lugage and directing us for the car park. For a security team they have here, they were very well trained for assist the guest, which is great. Two thumbs up. The FO staff, Ms Iluh, was superbly friendly. I do need to mention more, she was so helpful. Great hospitality. Mr Yulius, who was there with us also doing a great hospitality. And Ms cery, who assist us from a phone, she doing a great job (thank you so much and sorry for asking so many things) And the room service staff Mr Yudastra, thank you so much for delivering our food with big smile. Great job! About the room, yes we got an upgrade from junior to suite, which is sweet. Spacious room (the junior too). I dont have a problem with the room, just we got a little bit of issues from the water heater & the fridge (that time Mr Yudastra suddenly appear so we asked for a big bucket of ice directly) And because we want to just stay in the room, the tv dont have enough channel. They have 6 to 8 i remembered. So if you planning to stay in the room only, you should bring extra device for your entertainment. The restaurant manager Mr Jay, doing his job very well. How to assist the guest and how he manage his team. The waiter who serve us, Mr Abdhy (correct me if i wrong spelling his name) very helpful. We love the ambience of the resto. And thanks to Mr Ngurah the housekeeping staff who set up the decoration in our room. And yes, i met the Resort Manager, Mr Gede. He was everywhere. Good thing if you want to make your standard always high. We call for the bell boy, there’s mr Gede. He is everywhere literally. Great team work. Overall, this hotel is highly reco

One of our best stay ever!”
This hotel was one of our most favorites stays ever. We stayed for 3 night (we extended on second day, because we really enjoyed our time there). We had a free upgrade to a junior suite & that was such a nice gift. The staf is truly so friendly & kind (shout out to Ceri, Arie & Eka). They gave you a really warm welcome. Other facilities are also amazing too: gym & swimming pool. I really recommend this hotel to everyone. They always to try you to feel at home. Compare to other hotels, this hotel is actually not that quiet which gave you more of a holiday feeling. Also this hotel is really good price compare to other hotels. Its the best stay in Nusa Dua at this time!

I was here for honeymoon with my husband, and they put some honeymoon decoration on the bed, it was lovely. All the staffs were so nice! And i love how big their room and sooo clean! I am very pleased by the service by Iluh and the team during my long stay in this hotel. The room is always kept clean and tidy. Facilities such as pool and gym are great. I used the pool daily during my stay (early in the morning before work) and the cleaning staff was very cooperative to make sure it was ready before i come. I will definitely come back.

I booked the Deluxe room, and the staffs recommend me to upgrade to Junior suite just for IDR 50K for 2 nights (IDR 25K per night). Very affordable and valuable. The room was so spacious, with the balcony and living room. One part missing is the mineral water in the bottle that is not the one packed from the factory. It was the glass bottle with refill water. We don't know who and how it is refilled. In the pandemic situation it was my question actually. overall it is very good. If the mattress is more stiff/hard, it would be better. soft mattress is not good for back bone health actually Regards

Everything is great here, staff are well trained and one waitress, Piki,was trained in Singapore, Piki in particular helped me with preparing my 1st visit to a Balinese family's home. Great experience stayed here, staff very friendly and professional, they treat guest as a family with balinese touch. We had afternoon tea with balinese cakes at sukun restaurant, really enjoy.
