unfairly underrated ”
We arrived in the late evening, we were greeted by a friendly staff, but we were expecting the worst because of the 3.9 rating. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a bright clean room with excellent mattresses. The staff helped organize the room so our 10 year old would be comfortable with a "smile ". They helped us find good inexpensive food even at the late hour. The rooms a very clean, as was the hallways and lobby. The elevator was a bit small and noisy, the only real negative. We did eat at the hotel, i can't comment on food services. The big negative,which is not the hotel fault, is the highway work makes it difficult t get to the access road that the hotel sites on and the heavy equipment noise in the mid morning is notable especially if the windows are open. Over all the 3.9 rating in not a fair assessment of this property, it's a nice road side hotel at an excellent price close to restaurants, food markets, other more exclusive hotels and only a 15 minute drive to major malls, it's not fancy but well maintained and has a reasonable staff.

It was slightly difficult to find the location as it has no street name, and it is a few buildings away from where it states on Google Maps. Staff were kind and friendly but the apartment itself was basic. The kitchen was short supplied and we had to request for extra cutlery and crockery for the night that we stayed.

Acceptable . Could be bettet needs to fix door locks. Maintain the bathroom. thete is only 1 bathroom for 2 room apartment.

The location was suoer awesome. Just at the high way side and easily accesible. The staff may also provide minimum amneties like a bottle of water to the guests and make sure that the bathroom wc and the taps are in good working condition

I visit this hotel just a short stay from oman but they provide service low standard. Wi-Fi was not working only one soap in toilet for a three person no drinking water they did not even provide oven in the kitchen. Very disappointing

โรงเเรมอยู่ใจกลางเมือง Sur ไม่ไกลจากมัสยิดเท่าไร ห้องพักกว้างขวางดี พนักงานโอเค Wifi ไม่ค่อยแรงเท่าไร แต่ดีที่ด้านล่างมีตู้กดน้ำ สามารถชงชา-กาแฟกินได้ และโรงเเรมนี้ขายทัวร์ด้วย

للامانة تعامل الموظفين كان جيد جدا لكن الفندق اصلا يحتاج إلى تجديد وصيانة ومراقبة من الجهات المختصة لأن كثير من الأغراض مذكورة على أنها متوفرة ولكنها غير موجودة على أرض الواقع .1- الفرش نظيف ولكنه قديم وبه علامات الاهتراء توصيلات الكهرباء غير آمنة خصوصا ومدخل كهرباء التلفزيون عبارة عن سلك تم تعريته وتوصيله مباشرة بمصدر الكهرباء 2- الحمام: ارضية حوض الحمام مكسورة وبه صدأ لاتوجد أي اغراض في الحمام فقط قطعة صابون صغيرة الملخص : Room Features: Bed الفرش نظيف ولكن قديم Air Conditioning جيد Bathrobes لايوجد Bathtub مكسور و مصديء Coffee/Tea Maker جيد Desk يوجد Fan لايوجد Hair Dryer لايوجد Ironing Facilities لايوجد Microwave لايوجد Non Smoking Rooms ماعلينا منها Refrigerator مشي الحال Satellite/Cable TV متوفر وللامانة ما شغلت التلفزيون Seating Area متوفر عبارة عن كنبة لشخصين Shower يحتاج إلى تجديد Television قديم WiFi (الموظف قال موجودة في الاستقبال فقط ) وعموما بعد الاعتراض بأني اكدت على نقاط معينة قبل حضوري الى الفندق وانني دفعت قيمة خدمات إضافية ولم أجد طلبي (مثلا دفعت قيمة سرير إضافي بقيمة 97ريال لابني 2سنة وتم إحضار مرتبة تم فرشها على الأرض!! الخ..) تم تعويضي بشقة أكبر وتم احضار سرير ولكن الشقة بها نفس الإشكاليات المذكورة سابقا
