Hi, I found the hotel to be OK, within 15min or so from the airport by shuttle bus, my room was clean but quite small and with only single beds...but for a one night stay was fine..., the room was quite noisy as can hear everything outside, every airplane take off and landing so maybe the double glassing is not soundproof..? I did find that the reception staff ignored my presence as I stood waiting for some time as they went about their business and I had to interrupt them to ask for some service...I asked to book a wake up call for 4am, I saw that the receptionist took a note of this...I also asked her to book me a taxi for 5am as the shuttle bus is not 24hrs service and starts at 6am...I noticed that she did not take a note of this...anyway the next morning my wake up call came at around 3:40am not 4am...I was at the reception at 4:50am...there was no taxi booked for me and also one other hotel guest...so we had to wait until approx. 5:15am and share a taxi to the airport....this is not good hotel service...seeing as I am passing through Amsterdam Airport every month...the next time I will go back to the A4 Schiphol Airport Hotel and I think that I will not use this Best Western Amsterdam Airport Hotel again...Regards Anthony Carroll

We had a 3days/2night stay at Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The rate of the hotel was the "best rates" we got within our budget. Breakfast was inclusive of the rate. It was a continental spread. Although the same was served throughout our stay, we have no complaints because the choices were there. The rooms were very clean and well-kept. There was a free shuttle bus (shared with Crown Plaza Hotel and Holiday Inn) from the airport to the hotel and vice-versa. The drivers of the bus were friendly, always cheerful and very discipline in their drivings. No complaints. Very much recommended!

This is my twice stay in Park Plaza Airport Hotel Amsterdam, i got good room underground with view little river, calm, not noise (thanks to Mr. Desley) i'll stay here when i'm visit Amsterdam next and to easy going to Amsterdam central just follow Airport Shuttle from Hotel (free) and connect with train/bus from Airport. And thanks to Mr. Driver both of them and to all staf Park Plaza Airport Hotel Amsterdam.. i'll recommend to my friend when they visit Amsterdam to stay at this hotel 👍👍

good overnight stop in Amsterdam if you just need to rest and catch a plane in the morning. free shuttle bus to and from airport runs on the half hour. staff friendly and helped me print out boarding pass from computer, room quiet and quite comfortable, friendly bar in lobby..building design and interior standard, not interesting. downside, neighborhood nothing, can't go out and too far from central town to enjoy Amsterdam. very good if this is all you need at a good price. with more time i would like to see a little of Amsterdam. to get downtown you really need to go back to the airport on the shuttle bus and take a train to town, not too late as shuttle stops at 11:30 I think. with more time I might book in town.

The A4 hotel, situated about 200 metres from the busy A4 Motorway, just south west of Amsterdam airport is a great place to spend your late evenings during a weekend away to watch the finest team in the world! the lavis decoration of the enormous lobby welsomes you, drawing you to the helpful staff at Reception. Once given your room key, you are pointed in th direction of the rather sumptious room, every on with a balcony, to start your few days of luxury. On awaking, and sampling the delights of the power shower, you are treated to a delightful beakfast in the restaurant.

I stayed in NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport for a night because I had to fly home noon of the following day. The price of the hotel, plus the shuttle to and from the airport, enticed me to choose the hotel. I have no regrets of staying in this hotel. First, the driver of the shuttle was very friendly and patient, as I had two heavy baggage pieces. When I registered at the counter, the staff was very accommodating. More important, the hotel room was so clean and cozy, with fragrant-smelling shampoo, body wash, and soap. Complimentary drink inside the room was also refreshing. I went out to the McDonald's across the street for a snack, but I had my morning buffet breakfast inside the hotel the following day. Originally, I did not sign up for breakfast, but the staff accommodated me efficiently when I decided for delicious breakfast with them in the morning. We were even allowed to choose the ingredients of our omelettes. The souvenir shop was also awesome for the last minute shoppers.

i selected this hotel because it was close to the airport and i needed to change my tickets. did not eat in the hotel so no comments on foo, but it looked good. the hotel is located in an industrial area and there are no shops so you have to buy food, etc from the hotel at great expense, there is a petrol station across the street where every thing is about 1/2 price. macdonalds down the road about 1 km. so if you want to stalk up the tiny tiny fridge take the shuttle to the airport where there is a small supermarket and bottle shop. the room is very large with a proper L shaped couch, not like novotell in paris where the couch was a single bed jammed in the corner with a few pillows thrown on top. and the good news it was 64% cheaper then novotel, gare de lyon!! don't know if there is a train station close by but again the shuttle takes to amsterdam airport/train statio. shuttle runs every 30 mins and takes about 15 to get there or back. i would stay again :)

it has been a very nice experience to spend a night at the sheraton schipol, I would recommend it for any stay at amsterdam, since schipol is well connected I suggest a week end of shopping at the airport and some time in amsterdam, the hotel is beautiful and pleasant, breakfast was excellent, service is professional and complete. stay at sheraton, dine out in amsterdam and shop at the airport !

Once I figured out that I had to take a shuttle from this hotel to the other Bastion hotel to catch the airport shuttle everything was fine. The shuttles are time-coordinated so beside an extra 10 minute or less ride to the other hotel it was great. I stayed here and took the shuttles to the airport then the train into Amsterdam and enjoyed staying in a more peaceful setting. There's a cute neighborhood to walk or jog that you don't have to worry about being run over by a bike or auto. The bed was super comfy and the washroom smelled like I remember Amsterdam washrooms smelling like in the 90's on my first trip there. Kinda unpleasant but it is what it is. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. By the way I am a woman traveling solo and felt perfectly safe.

Good Hotel for its price. Staff very friendly and delivering good service. Bathroom Spacious and clean and same Stands for the room. Mini bar empty but you can order room service if you wish (service charge apply of 10 EUR) Wireless internet bad as signal strength is low. Mac users get Thunder to RJ45 adaptor as Wired internet is only option. Sports bar service OK but nothing special. Downgrade is techno music playing in the bar. Menu special was there for a week as turnaround of hotel guest is high per daily basis but still I disagree with that decision to keep one menu for 1 week. Had Cheese burger in the restaurant which doesn't meet the standards as bun was soggy and broke in pieces while adding tomato etc. Italian restaurant was excellent !!!!! So must go. Location is off so If you need to get to City Centre Get shuttle to Airport and then Train to City Centre. Room Tip: Book breakfast included in the price of the room as 27 EUR per breakfast is a bit overprices

This hotel has been totally revamped and very brand new. The room is in excellent condition, as it is so new! Few things which I think could be further improved (1) water pressure from the shower is rather weak, (2) elevator indicators could not be noticed easily as they are recessed into the dark coloured wall, (3) a "Hilton" logo should be placed somewhere in the main lobby, as there is no way to know it is Hilton when I took the photo! But anyway, it is definitely so much better than I stayed here a year ago. There is still quite a distance to walk from the hotel to the airport main hall, in case anyone thinks it is "an airport hotel" which means it is situated directly in the terminal.

Overall it was perfect, exactly what we needed. The chef specials were great & well presented. We spent $120 euros on dinner & really were content. After that, we had real fun with the kids in the pool & jacuzzi. At this point, staff member Adelaide noticed the boys bare feet & gave us slippers. Lovely gesture from her & very well received by us. The bed was a bit tight for a double, but still very comfortable. TV had some English channels the kids could watch so that helped. The bathroom shower control was a bit challenging in that setting the right temperature took an age. Next morning we had a wonderful buffet breakfast, checked out & headed off to Central Station (from the Airport after another free & friendly shuttle ride) with our luggage. [Downside there is having to buy tickets from the airport ticket counter as the machines don't take notes only coins!]. We used the left luggage counter at Central Station as we couldn't use the lockers due to not having a credit card with chip & pin. It was $7 euros per piece per day. Sans luggage, we took a tram to enjoy the open ice rink by the Van Gogh museum then back for the mandatory canal ride. Nicely done in time for the return train to the airport & flight back to Singapore. Fantastic trip really for one day/night. The Hotel stay actually made it more special, which is rare.

My wife and I stayed here for a night before flying out of AMS. It was easy to get to and from the airport via the train (just 3min ride). We decided to walk from the train station to the B&B (about 35min) which was through a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Lots of restaurant option within walking distance. The room was quite, clean and had everything you'd need for a long or short stay.

Dorint Airport Hotel Amsterdam was excellent for us. We used the free shuttle to and from the airport and the train from the airport into the city and to other places. Our room was excellent and we had the breakfast option which was fabulous. The buffet included everything you could wish for. Plus there was an excellent little souvenir shop for last minute presents. It is also close to another restaurant if you wish to eat elsewhere.
